“best hotel ever”

burj fully booked , so stayed here .this was just perfect . small enough to be intimate , large enough to have all the facilities expected from a luxury hotel . unsurpassed for service anywhere in the world . better service than the burj, any hotel in london , nyc , vegas , la etc etc .

The best, most tranquil, hotel in an otherwise booming matropolice of sky scrapers, appartments and retail heaven (if you like that sort of thing)The service is excellent, so warm and friendly without being overpowering, from the cleaners, gardeners, doormen, to the reception staff and managers, everyone remembers your name, anticipates you needs and fullfills them without exception. Rooms are attended three times a day, cleaning and linen change, refreshments fruit and snacks & finally turndown and room prep for your bed time. If the finances stretch then go Club Class, private lounge, breakfast, lunch snacks, afternoon tea / snacks, evening supper / snacks and all alcohol included in the price, well worth it when you see the price of drinks in Dubai. Gardens are a tropical oasis and well maintained and attended, pools are great with plenty of quite locations throughout the beautiful gardens. Beach location is ideal. Use airport collection at DHS300 well worth the speed through airport and tfr to hotel in luxury BMW or Audi. Restaurants very good quality, sevice excellent but pricy, in particular alcohol. All in all very memorable holiday

“Words Cant Express it”

THIS IS FOR REAL!!!!!!It was a magnificient 5 days gone by too quickly.It was an amazing experience. If I could do it again the only thing I would change would be to be able to stay longer. The hotel location was perfect with a private beach, The staff were extraordinary, The food was delicious. It was my birthday and they made me feel extra special. I had paid for the trip and hotel via expedia which i think helped because i wasnt thinking of a large bill at the end of my stay hence I could afford to spend lavishly whilst controlling my budget(VERY AFFORDABLE). The room bar was very cheap, I would say this is the first hotel I have helped myself to with the room bar conviniently because most room bars are over priced in most hotels world wide.They were of outstanding excellent service they exceeded expectation. It was paradise.

“Great place to stay”

Fantastic service (although I thought that the welcome in all of Dubai was excellent), lovely place to stay, relaxing beach and beautiful garden. The evening arabian buffet is great and the gym is well equiped if you feel the need to burn off some of the excess food that you'll have eaten! You may feel that you're a little far from the "main city" but taxi's are cheap and it's only a 10min ride to the famous Burj al Arab (and Madinat souk next door) or to the Emirates Mall (the one with the indoor ski slope). Only dissapointment was with the La Baie restaurant where we didn't get good service for the money, there are plenty of other good restaurants in the area though, explore!

“Fantastic oasis in high rise ciry”

We have traveled a lot and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Spent 6 days at his hotel over my birthday, birthday cake, card and flowers in room without anyone telling them, what a special touch. Garden area for sunbathing is absolute oasis and the staff are there to anticipate your needs without being overpowering and in the way.Use concierge they are the most helpful anywhere i have stayed. Can't praise hotel and staff enough

“Dubai's Best Hotel”

If you are thinking of going to Dubai and want pure chill out then this is definitely the hotel to stay in. It's sat on the edge of the beach with beautiful views. I took my Fiance here for his birthday and we had the most fantastic time. Once the hotel staff knew it was his birthday (after we had Champagne brunch at the hotels Golf Pavilion) they left a birthday card and cake in our room which was a total surprise and such a lovely touch. Definitely book the Hotels limo service. It's worth every penny. They meet you as soon as you're off the plan and fast track you through immigration, whilst collecting your luggage! Brilliant! Every member of staff were so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They are so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back!

“Ritz Carlton”

Situated in New Dubai, it is very easy to forget that you are surrounded by so much construction when staying at the idyllic Ritz Carlton. The staff are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. The hotel decor is fabulous and the restaurants serve high quality food. The outdoor pool and bar are much needed / appreciated in the soring heat.

“Oasis of relaxation”

The hotel was excellent from the minute we were picked up at the airport. The hotel is an oasis of calm and relaxation amidst the building site that is Dubai. We stayed in a club room, and enjoyed the service offered in the club lounge - although there were far too many food presentations to consume all of them. The ability to have breakfast in the club lounge up until noon was a major benefit in overcoming the jet lag and late arrival. All in all we would recommend the hotel unreservedly for a wonderfully relaxing break.

We enjoyed every minute: perfect location, excelent food, good service, with an exclusive atmosphere. The beach is very tranquil, just as we needed. Definitely is a beach resort with the luxury and confort caracteristic to Ritz Carlton.
