“Best Hotel in Deira!”

How can i even begin to show my love for this hotel? I've stayed here 4 times in the last year and its simplay fantastic. Excellent value for money. All the staff at this hotel are great. Location wise, for me its fantastic as its very close to where i need to be. Its very close to the metro at Al Rigga, with alot of food outlets also on the same road. i strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who comes across it! I'll be staying there again thats for sure!

“Very positive experience. I stayed with my family and we loved the room and service”

The staff are wonderful. They were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They repond promptly to our needs. The breakfast was fantastic. Room very clean and very comfortable. The location is pretty close to most facilities but require a reasonable walk to the metro station or the shopping malls, but once you are they there is plenty of choices. The price was excellent for the quality and service we received. I absolutely recommend this hotel to any business, single, or family stay.

“Reasonably priced Hotel near airport”

The room was spacious including a small kichenette which was handy to keep some food in the room. The rooms was very clean and the room service excellent. The breakfast was plenty with a choice of hot food or cold continental style.

“Very clean and comfortable Hotel”

This Hotel can be considered as a best option specially if you are staying for longer time. The Hotel is clean, breakfast is reasonably good, the building is recently renovated. There is no entertainment in the hotel which is fine. This makes the hotel very calm and peaceful.

“Good value, good location”

With 7-star this and 5-star that hotels plastered all over Dubai, it was refreshing to find a small, modern hotel that wasn't intimidated by its swankier competitors. The standard of rooms was very high, housekeeping was very regular, the overall service standards professional and there's plenty of choice at breakfast. The hotel pool/sun deck is just big enough for the size of the hotel and the gym and sauna facilities are well maintained. The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and for walking through the city, though it will take you a good 25 minutes to get down to the Spice Souk at a moderate pace. If there's one thing the hotel could do better, it would be to improve its concierge skills -- they're a bit inconsistent and local knowledge could be better.

“CLEAN ROOMS BUT SMALL BASIC HOTEL.”

I ASKED FOR NON SMOKING ROOM BUT LATER AT NIGHT COULD FEEL THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. ALSO THERE WAS A NOISY NEIGHBOUR ON THE SAME FLOOR AND WAS WOKEN UP AT 3 AM IN THE MORNING. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND HOTEL WITH JUST BASIC FACILITIES,SO IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR A CLEAN ROOM JUST TO SLEEP IN DEIRA THEN THIS IS A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY IN CONSIDERING THE PRICE OFFERED.

“Ideal for business travellers accompanied by family”

I was in Dubai attending MEED conference and needed a budget place close to the venue. I was impressed with business facilities at Rimal Rotana. I also find it well suited for families and, shall certainly take mine the next time I visit Dubai.

“Totally adequate”

This hotel was fine. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and close to the airport. Only complaint I have is that it normally takes a long time for taxis to reach the hotel and on your way back to the hotel I had a hard time getting a taxi driver who would take me to Rimal Rotana as they didn't know where it was. My advice is to learn a nearby landmark i.e. restaurant and ask them to take you there.

“Quality hotel at reasonable prices”

This hotel is close to the airport and within walking distance of the creek, supermarkets, and a variety of good restaurants. Therefore, it is convenient for basic needs but it is inconvenient if you do business in the western part of Dubai, for example in DIC. Then it is a long drive. If you make that journey through the rush hour traffic, it can take hours. The rooms look new, are clean, comfortable, and generously large. If you have a room rate with breakfast included, the breakfast is very good. If your room rate does not include breakfast, it is expensive, so take a walk out to one of the many restaurants. Like most hotels, they charge you for use of the internet. You have to mess around with buying plastic cards in the lobby and mess around logging in and out of the internet, as you need. However once connected, the internet is good and. In their favor, the access is based on actual usage not linear time. I have stayed in several hotels in Dubai and now always stay here.
