Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience. we have investigated your stay with us carefully and only found that upon your arrival you requested an apartment with Twin beds which is not available in all One-Bedroom Apts and this is clearly described online and not a rudeness from staff. other than twin bed request, you didn't raise any comment throughout your stay.
