Overall nice property but the rooms need some updating. The carpet in our room had stains, wallpaper coming apart at the seam. It was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is weak but the shower was large. We were able to walk, carefully, to restaurants. Taxis are readily available.

Great breakfast options right in the hotel. Note that the the hot water is not like a boiler setting, where the supply is continuous. It will run out and you will have to wait until the hot water is warm enough to to begin your shower.

Generous Management
We arrived at the hotel around 9.30am and the check-in was at 3pm. The manager was so kind he gave us the room at 10am and on top of that he even upgraded our room into two bedroom apartment.

Comfortable Stay
Location was great, we got upgraded to an apartment which was great. Breakfast was not so great in my opinion. Could have done with more fruit choices, pastries. They catered more for the Indian choices and not continental. Breakfast area was always congested, cups, cutlery running out, wait for tables. Al Rigga metro station was about 8 mins walk away

Way below average
I booked for my family and friends who arrived a day later (5 rooms) to stay at this hotel because of my experience of staying in Hyatt Place at a different location in Dubai. I was disappointed at how terrible it was. Wi-fi stopped working on the second day and despite IT team efforts it did not work for 3 days. Another reason for booking this was the pool and breakfast as we had 7 children with us. Pool was closed on the second day and when we complained the staff at the counter said it is complimentary anyways. Breakfast was awful and no where near as good as their branch in Al Hudaiba where I stayed. We tried their buffett restaurant and it was terrible. Food was not good. chicken was hard and chewy and rice tasted gone off.

Hotel was very close to the airport, about 10-15 mins by taxi. Very clean & staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable & breakfast buffet was great too! Will definitely recommend!

Disappointing stay at Hotel Hyatt Al Rigga
Not very pleasant . Hotels is very average and tired with service lacking enthusiasm and sincerity . They don’t go out of their way to assist even with repeated complaints of their sub standard wifi . Breakfast is same old thing and no variety . Beds and bedding needs replacement and shower and water pressure below acceptable standard . Not given any special upgrade , VIP or extra value treatment as a Hotel.Com Gold club member . We will not go back to stay here .
