The hotel is located in an excellent location, you notice recently a decline in the level due to the lack of maintenance and renewal, which led to a decline in the level of hygiene I recommend performing a general maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms, and reconsidering the buffet in terms of the meals provided

Great location and comfortable beds. Bathroom tired and water not so hot. Asked for separate beds. Told they would sort it the next day. They didn’t.

Not co operative at all, when I told them that I have an emergency and have to come back to USA, and asked them if it’s possible to refund my other 3 days, they said this is our policy and we do not have refund policy.

We were denied our stay in our reserved room. They said we should have called before we came. They were all booked even though our room was reserved, confirmed, and paid for through Expedia. They were very rude and left us with no where to go.

Pleasant stay but no cold showers available.
Pleasant stay. Only had trouble getting cold water out the showers. Considering how hot dubai is, having a cold shower after a hot day is a no brainier. Even after complaining to the hotel management, they were unable to ensure cold water flowed out the taps.

Great stay!
It was a great! Thank you for a fabulous overnight stay. The staff were all very accomodating, helpful and attentive from the minute you walk in and made you feel at home immediately. Definitely our money’s worth and more. The pool is kinda small but we enjoyed ourselves very much. We will be back! Highly recommended!

Staff very helpful when I arrived early after a flight. Good location near metro station with shops nearby. I got upgraded to a suite which was clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed. Varied choice at breakfast. Used the rooftop swimming pool which was perfect way to cool down on a hot day. Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel, would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel!!!
I normally stay at a Hilton Hotel and decided to book the Flora Hotel after viewing the hotel on hotels.com. Even though it was £130 for dearer than the Hilton I was very happy with my decision. The hotel was clean, staff very polite, fantastic gymn, nice pool. It had all the amenties that you can have. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you hotels.com for making my trip so comfortable.

Property was alright, the rooms were clean however, if i have to book anything through expendia I wouldn’t do it again. I rather call the business directly and book it though them. I rather pay $2 dollars more and have a peace of mind rather losing all of my money just like I did not too long ago.
