"You cannot beat the location of this hotel. Close enough walk to the main Rehoboth strip but far enough away that the beach is more secluded and the beach itself is well maintained. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first stay, but we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"

"My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but they refused my request because we had “used the room” they brought up sheets and had US change the sheets ourselves. Expedia did offer to help with relocation but it was 1 am already and we just wanted to sleep a few hours and leave. Expedia did request that the hotel give a partial refund and they also declined that. Overall, a health and human safety issue. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"Pleasant staff. Nice clean room with a balcony view of the bay across the street. Perfect location to the venue I was attending a concert at, The Bottle and Cork, with a great restaurant, Nalu, right across the street. Easy free parking. Competitively priced. Great stay! 🙂👍👍"
