"My husband and I were lucky enough to spend 7 nights at this charming beachfront property. Communication with the host, Robert, was wonderful, and the check-in process was seamless. The living spaces were clean, comfortable, and inviting. We especially loved spending quiet mornings and evenings in the screened oceanfront great room, reading books while listening to the sound of the waves.Our stay was during the rainy season, which meant a daily afternoon storm would roll through, and the lightning over the ocean created an unforgettable nighttime show. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of Costa Rica.The walks from the property into Dominical were lovely, and Robert provided a detailed restaurant guide that was incredibly helpful. If you enjoy coffee, be sure to purchase some local coffee beans in town and use the provided coffee grinder to make the perfect cup while watching the tides roll in. We walked on the beach daily, and the outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand before heading back into the cool AC. We will definitely be back!"

"The staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean comfortable bed and air conditioning. Breakfast was perfectly cooked daily 😊Swimming pool was a blessing and only two mins walk to beach highly recommend this as a place to stay very reasonable prices too. I will be returning thanks guys"

"Pictures are accurate. Great view over Pacific. Quick access to Dominical for supplies and dining. Access from main highway is a 3-minute drive on somewhat steep and partially unpaved road. Very doable, especially with 4-wheel drive. We had a few question during our 10-night stay and the management company was easy to reach and responded quickly. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Wow, this experience was absolutely incredible. I am blown away! The property was perfect, and working with Gary as our concierge was the most extraordinary experience I have ever had while traveling. We were met with such kindness, rapid responses, answers to all our questions, and we were met above and beyond from start to finish. 10/10 all around, and I can’t wait to return!!!!!"

"The house was excellent— beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owner and property manager were kind and helpful! They aren’t kidding about needing a 4-wheel drive. It’s steep! This was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring the region. We loved it and can’t wait to come back! Thanks for a great time!"

"Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking). This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially impressive. Amenities are minimal, so if you’re looking for features like a pool or in-room TV, this may not be the right fit. However, if you value a simple, clean environment with thoughtful, personalized service, this is a great choice. The location is very convenient: there’s a restaurant just across the parking lot, and the beach is only a 3–5 minute walk away. You’ll also find plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and a grocery store within easy walking distance. We didn’t have a car and had no trouble accessing everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
