It was actually a verey bad experience!
1. No baby cots available as a hotel service! After long discussions they agreed to provide us with two thin mattress on the floor for Four children! Four rooms!! Actually we were very upset. Those were provided with NO pillows, we asked for pillows at least, they kept sending us half pillows( small) after all fights , we got two ( for four rooms) . The extra luggage cupboard in all rooms was EMPTY!!
2.there are two shops in the hotel, I went to buy something urgently, but the lady was not available, then I knew she is the same one who runs both shops on different floors! And the response I got from the reception( it's different company , sorry I don't know where is she!) sorry as a customer, I don't care if you were a same company or not, I need to buy something!
3. Hot water was not perfect in the room, we had to wait.. To get it hot. And it was weak as well.
4.The AC was not working , and we had to change the room
5. We expected to get to the spring for free, as we are staying in that hotel, but it wasn't.
