The hotel was very disappointing & misleading. We were given different versions of answers when we questioned the manager, Zahita about why no one cleaned the room, threw out the trash, changed towels or resupplied soap & shampoo. The first day she flippantly said we should speak to the maid. Who and where was the maid? The next day we complained more & were told to leave the bags of accumulating trash full of food leftovers & other messy items in the hallway. When we complained again to Zahita, she gave us additional towels. The dirty ones kept piling up in the bathroom. On the third day of our stay we were very angry and told a new story that the hotel was primarily an extended stay facility & they only cleaned once every five days, "as per policy." We were never informed of any such policy. It's not on the website, nor posted anywhere. Nor were we charged "extended stay" rates. While it was convenient to have a small kitchenette, be warned that there are no utensils, pots or pans. If you want them, they charge extra. The primary occupants of the facility are construction & oil field workers. The lot is all but packed with huge pickup trucks. They can get very rowdy & noisy in the early evenings, & make a lot of noise on their way out very early in the morning. Jeff Seda, the maintenance manager, did his best to make up for a very poorly managed facility. We hope the owners appreciate him.
