“Good family hotel”

It was great waking up and walking out onto the balcony to watch the sun come up over the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach. Really comfy bed and nice luxurious bedding. So nice that I want get some for myself! Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful and facilities are good. Good hotel for families, but as its in a quiet area it might not suit those in their teens.

“Good hotel...bad food!!!!”

Overall stay was good, however, Radisson Blu needs to look seriously into the food quality they provide, I had a room service for the second time and it was just Horrible (chicken still raw, salmon overcooked, salad dressing just as bad.....) We faced the same issue few months ago....Biryani was sooo dry and flavorless... I do not recommend eating in this hotel at all.

“Good Space”

It is a really good hotel. We loved how spacious the rooms were. We went with the standard thinking that it might be small, but it was spacious. Plus all the rooms overlooks the beach - the view was fantastic. The only problem was that there was no option for WIFI in the rooms.

“Nice resort, just on the beach”

stayed here for a couple of days during the long weekend. Was quite a good experience. The rooms were spacious, and well-décor. The swimming pool is great. It has 3 pools plus a temp-controlled indoor pool which remains open till night. You have a pool-side bar also. For families with small kids, they have a kid's playing area which seems to be well-equipped with all facilities. Overall a good experience to be at the resort.

“Disappointment for price/quality ratio”

The hotel misses the mark for it's price. Things like curtains that don't close properly, lights not all working in the room, plumbing not working correctly; all things that didn't ruin the stay but certainly DO NOT fit the price/quality ratio. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food in restaurants perfectly fine but noting special. Great massages helped to cheer us!

Good hotel but found it a bit expensive as it was quite standard

“It was better under JAL's administration”

Despite the fact that we had booked a King Bed room, we were told by the staff, on arrival, that they just had a two single bad room and it was really disappointing. The second problem occurred on the bathroom, where a smelly and dirty water started to come out of the drain when having a shower. I've called the staff and they promised to send someone to fix it but it never happened.
