"This hotel has a very personal touch. It's small (probably around 36 rooms), and the staff starts to recognize guests quickly. We loved it for the extra touches: terrific breakfast, happy hour snacks and draft beers, nighttime cookies, beach chairs and towels for the beach. The room was attractive and comfortable .The root sundeck is amazing! We would definitely return."

"The place is a comfy little space near the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking is easy. The hostess is very communicative and helpful. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived."

"Great location, comfy, cozy cottage that is perfectly appointed. We loved everything about it. Really nice outdoor shower for rinsing off people and sandy paws. Our furbaby loved the short walk to the beach. Communication with host was great. Hope to visit again in the future. A"

"GREAT layout for multi generation family.We had 15 people from 5 months (brought 2 pack n plays) to 76 years, from 3 states.Walkable to most of Dewey Beach.So convenient to beach, & pool was enjoyed by all 5 kids.Everyone wants the same house in the future."
