Property is listed as pet friendly. When I booked I stated that we had 2 chickens in a pen, and they would stay in pen. was told thats alright. When we arrived, we were told that only 2 units are pet friendly and both of them booked and that the chickens had to stay in the car, that they were not permitted in the unit..... we booked and stayed 3 nights. and the chickens stayed in their pen.... which was fine, as we had no intention of letting them out, but why were we not permitted to have the pen in the unit when we went out, even when we booked for pets

Hi Garry, When booking your cabins you booked through a third party in a Non Pet friendly cabin due to other people having allergies. As there was no availability for 1 of our 2 pet friendly cabins when you called to tell us you would have chickens with you you stated over the phone that they would be staying in their pen. We can not allow pets inside any of our Non Pet friendly cabins. If you required a pet friendly cabin we would suggest booking with us directly so we can explain our policy and also tell you if we have availability for your specific requirements Kindest Regards Management

Only spent one night . Close to the Spirit of Tassie terminal. Very spacious cabins. Quiet park, easy parking. Well equipped cabin.

only downside was wifi in our cabin! I needed to do some emails and online business but the wifi was barely getting 1 bar signal strength...I even drove back to Reception with my laptop and it improved to near normal strength so I finished my business sitting in my car, outside Reception, at 7 pm, in the dark, lol!! they obviously need some range extenders or similar to boost the signal to the further cabins (approx 130 metres) A bit disappointing from an otherwise excellent stay, and would be more than happy to return in future!
