“Wonderful, clean, very professional hotel”

In just a few words, clean, clean and more clean. I have to admit this hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever been in and I am including the multiple 5 star hotels that I have also resided in. The customer service was superb! The room service was on time and the hotel overall was very accomidating. I used the small gym which has top of the line cardio equipment, and this is comming from someone who works out 5 days a week since the age of 13. The area the Hotel is located in is safe and somewhat quiet. But most importantly was how comfortable the bed was. The matress was not too soft but not too hard and they use soft linens with a comforter that made me melt to sleep. I would totally recommend this hotel even to the pickiest sleeper.

“Excellent stay in Troy Michigan!”

The room was very nice and clean! We got a little deal out here that if you booked with this Troy Marriott, you received a $25 gift card to the Somerset Collection. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends, anyone!

“The Cream of the Crop”

Throughout our stay each and every member of the staff, from the front desk to the wait staff to the valets, made us feel very welcome. Their patience and willingness to answer any and all questions and their quick response to any of our needs were exemplary. We hosted a sunday morning breakfast for our friends and family and the wait staff could not have been better. They made each of our guests feel like they were at a family gathering. Their attention to each guest as well as their enthusiasm and good humor were heart warming.

“Excellent in everyway!!”

I travel to Michigan for business a couple times a year and I stay at the Troy Marriott every time. I have never once had a bad experience. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I would not stay anywhere else. V. Yaldo

“Clean room, very comfortable bed”

Check in and check out process was very smooth since I booked it through expedia. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Nice fitness facilities, pool, hot tub. No complains, except the fact that they were trying to make money charging guest 12.95 for one night internet connection.
