Clean comfortable and quiet hotel, with a great staff. Cody on the evening shift was especially helping and welcoming. I will definitely seek out this brand in my travels!

I really liked the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The laundry equipment needs replacing. Some of it works and some doesn’t.

The lady on the lobby was very nice and friendly. The room was wide. The cons are not to clean dust are everywhere. The aircon needs some upgrade same with the television and for the shower room there’s sounds like creeky or something

The house keeping is outsourced so when having to cook myself for the extended stay the trash was overflowing and had to be put in the closet for days till someone came to get it. When they did come to do the cleaning I was left with no towels or shower curtains while having to shower before going to work. Then a pupe burst and i was without water for a day. Never compensated. The staff was friendly but the hotel is falling appart and in no way a good stay. The website said free breakfast which was a lie, they only had a small mismatched selection from the store.

The property was fine. The rooms are a little outdated but the staff did make an effort to try to keep it clean. I was provided 2 plates and 2 forks so had to run the dishwasher often which was very loud. There were little ants in my bathroom one day randomly. I was here a week for work and it was just a little depressing staying here compared to some newer hotels.

There is no way this should be a 3 star hotel. Smelled horrible on the inside of this hotel. In my room the furance would kick on and made a noise like a train the whole time it was running. Charged 5 dollars a day for parking like it was limited, which it is not. No breakfast offered. Had some stuff you could buy in the gym/kitchen/landury room. Place is a joke at 3 stars

Parking is available, but there is a charge. All these come as to surprise since it is not spelled out on Expedia website.

Me and my wife spoke to the staff today to receive a receipt showing a zero balance and were assured that it would be sent in 15 mins and it never was received. It was need for our bank because the funds were still pending from Saturday and we had an emergency. The staff did not seem to care at all.

I apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience you may have encountered. Your reservation was booked by a third party and you paid a third party for room and tax. Unfortunately that third party would have to give a receipt stating you paid them in full (Expedia). The hotel has sent a folio showing no balance owed. An incidental hold of 150 is held by the hotel during your stay and released at departure if not used for extra purchases. Notifications are posted and explained that it can take 8-10 business days for your financial institution to release. We emailed a folio showing no pending charges to the email on file as well as explaining this very common policy on the phone. Our team is a very caring team and always willing to help. Unfortunately, when booking and paying through a third party the hotel does not have access to your paid invoices to them. Please let me know if we can assist you with anything the hotel was responsible for

They're about to fix up the outside according to the signs, so the parking lot won't be an issue. This spot was just right for what I needed and my room was remodeled, and clean.

Check in was stressful for me due to personal reasons of my own.. I really appreciate the hotel clerk who checked me in. I had a very late check in after my shift & was very tired…She was patient, accommodating and kind! I had my room upgraded and really enjoyed the space. My room was clean and comfortable.

This property exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean and provided a full kitchen. Nice workout area and area throughout. Definitely would stay here again.
