"In the first days it was extremely cold in the hotel. The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat). The hotel was full of guests and, on the first nights, they gave us extra blankets. After three days, the problem was solved by changing the room. "The hotel has a welcoming courtyard at the entrance. It's in a geat position just off the main plaza. Friendly and helpful staff especially Paola who was supervising at breakfast. Comfy bed and good pressure in the shower."
