"One of the worst hotels I ever been, the check in was very bad we waited 3:30 hours to get a room from 3pm to 6:30pm Then the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay they told us they were working on it, we didn’t have towels for three days the excuse was the laundry room was closed!!! "Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch.
