"Had a wonderful break at Hotel Park. Room very comfortable. Hotel is beautifully kept. Staff friendly. The reception team and manager Mark, excellent. The hotel recommended restaurants every night. All were delicious. The pool was closed, this was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There had been a storm prior to our arrival and this was why it was empty. "There was a mix up with this property. They don’t take Credit Cards, only cash. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating and made an exception. The unit was on the 4th and 5th floor, no elevator which is typical for this area. Nonetheless, it was a long hike with our luggage. There were several things in the unit that were either not working or needed repair. They took care of them quickly. "Beautiful hotel directly located in the Old City. You can not dirve direct to the hotel as cars are not allowed in the Old City. However, a quick call to the hotel and they make all of the parking arrangements or will pick up from a drop off - very accommodating. The hotel is very boutique style and very charming. Highly recommend! "
