Overall this was a lovely hotel, a bit dilapidated and in need of works through, you can sadly see that the political situation and Covid have had a great hit on this property. "You're pretty close to a lot of restaurants and about a 10min walk from the Plaza. if you're taking the airport express to Mira Flores then this is a great spot, only 4 mins away. Staff were super friendly. They knew it was my birthday and sent fruits and desserts to my room. Every time I asked for restaurant recos, they gladly helped. "

"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "
