"It was lovely stay, except the cleaning lady thought my desert I bought from Ritz was a rubbish because I left it on the floor she threw everything out.... (which worth 100euros) I still do feel upset about it when I think about that. other than that it was fine. If you are thinking to do horse riding, its 3hours so do the check out early and go! I thought it was only an hour because it was not listed, so I took 10am class and ended at 1pm and I was charged for late check out. I didnt mention...

"It feels like you are in a cottage in the middle of a forest. You’d never think that the entrance to the park is only 5 min away. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing buffet (both breakfast and dinner). Kids are already missing the ice cream machine ;) "

"A large room with an equally large and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious but the shower had a half glass wall curtain that I find gets water everywhere. We were facing the main road and it was a little loud with cars when we first went to bed but we did manage to have a good sleep and would recommend the hotel. "

"We got in late and they had a self check in at the front door which was fine, but it was confusing on how to get the gate code to pull my car in. It finally came to my email but was very frustrating as it was late and my kids were tired. I rang the door bell intercom that says ring for help, but no one answered. So i spent 30 min trying to get in. Finally someone else who had been there already came up behind us and let us in. "
