"The location was lovely & the Hotel staff were lovely. We were keen to stay, as the restaurant had a good reputation and it was the last night of our holiday. Unfortunately, due to holidays, or similar, they were running a basic fixed menu for 38E each which to say the least was strange. "

"We were greeted warmly. Our host Pascal helped with getting our luggage up to the second floor apartment, third in the US. The apartment was roomy, very clean with a fantastic view of the river. There was a lovely linear park along the river with a pathway that we could walk on to get to the town center. Vernon was a nice city itself and it afforded easy access to historic sites outside the city. The museum in Vernon was well worth a visit. We very much enjoyed our stay."
