"Amazing hotel located in a spectacular area. The city of Killarney is a true gem . We had a room facing the bay and the castle ruins . The breakfast is very good and the bar area has evening music (changes daily). The staff was very accommodating getting us reservations for Gap of Dunloe tour - unlike other websites the hotel offers a direct shuttle to and from the start/wnd of the tour. We spent one day walking (13 miles) around the Muckross Lake and were surprised by the microclimates and great variety of plants here . The city itself is very pleasant and a good spot for shopping.
