"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!"

"This place is a student dorm being rented in summer time when universities are closed. Very basic and dirty rooms without any services, parking is free but you will end up park on the street and pay by meter which is absolute headache. I do not recommend this place!!"

The connection to the La Perla Spa and their services and restaurant was a major bonus! Never change Londres!"

"Hotel is situated in a very good central location, next to shopping in a nice neighborhood. We were upgraded to a comfortable suite no view but it was ok. The only negative is that it has an excellent rooftop bar that we were not able to attend with our small service animal. "
