Great price... Things you need to leave more of. Garbage sacks.(We had to buy our own) We also had only one tablet of dishwashing liquid. With a large group at least 6. We enjoyed The pool table,and ping pong. Two dishwashers and two refrigerators is so nice. We appreciated the price the size and the bathroom. Seriously a 9. Thank you.

Great for a group
The property worked really well for our large group. The house is not as large as it would seem to be considering the amount of people it holds. There was enough space for everyone but no gathering area except around the very long and lovely table.

Not great...I want my cleaning deposit back!
I already submitted a review for this property a while ago, but I received a link to submit a review AGAIN....I can't seem to use the VRBO portal to communicate with the VACASA team to find out if I can receive my cleaning deposit back, but when we had to wash every dish before cooking or eating off of it...not great! The positives of this house: the main dining table. Great for games and family meals/activities. I also liked that most bedrooms had on suite bathrooms - nice perk! The location within walking distance from whale watching and Depoe Bay shops is great. The downside is that this house is in serious upkeep. Paint, worn EVERYTHING, the hot tub was spewing water from the "waterfall" feature and wouldn't stay hot. I have had good luck with other VACASA homes, but this one was not great and I was embarrassed to host my family there. May I please have my cleaning deposit back? I cleaned several dishes....plus had to hunt down supplies that I would have thought standard in a house....like a can opener. I would not recommend this house.

Good location
Desperately needs new carpet in the whole house. Or take all carpet out and replace with laminate flooring. Carpets are gross. Needs a second refrigerator. Airflow in house is terrible. House is to hot at all times. Otherwise would be a great place.

Beds broken otherwise nice place
The main issue is that it was listed for 40 people, but the hide-a-beds were broken and unuseable. I sent pictures to Vrbo, but no response. Expensive, puffed.

Nice location, large table
Overall the property was very nice. We loved the long table we could all sit down together and eat. The carpets were very dirty and they should be cleaned on a regular basis. They need another refrigerator. One wasn't enough for our group of 35. Disappointed there wasn't a huge TV set up with a DVD player for a movie. We brought movies but didn't want to buy a DVD player. We liked the individual rooms and shower options. They need to fix doors so they lock and shut properly (not all do) and they were short on laundry detergent and garbage sacks. But I would rent again from them, just would be nicer if they added a few things to the house.

We would stay here again. BUT, this property is not well maintained. Inside and outside it is run down. It was ok for our group, we had lots of small children and if everything had been immaculate we would have been uncomfortable. But, carpets were badly stained, things smelled funny, mattresses were very old/worn, touch up paint that didn't match, broken ceiling fans, dirty dishes in cabinets, burned out lights bulbs, broiler didn't work on oven and more. It felt more like a youth camp facility than a vacation home. Anyone renting this property needs to be prepared for what they are getting.

Important to know
Hello, We stayed at this property in July as a weekend to spend time with friends and relax. This isn’t the type of rental for that. There isn’t a living room space, just one great hall type room with 2 giant tables. The bedrooms were all ringed around that on both floors. There was a small area with a couch upstairs but nothing that could entertain a large group. It is serviceable if people just want a bedroom and bath to themselves and don’t want to chill in a living room with others. The carpet was so dirty we all kept our shoes on, and the fridge food was warm because it couldn’t handle cooling off food for a group our size ( 13 of us). The hot tub is in the parking lot. I think this place is good for some things but to spend 2600 per night just wasn’t worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay, but didn't spend alot of time just at the house. Having so many bedrooms with their own bathroom was a real plus. Also the big table was great for meal times. The house isn't fancy, but it was nice not to have to worry about the children ruining alot of decorations. The washer wasn't working while we were there so that was disappointing. Also the freezer didn't seem to freeze terribly well. But considering everything, we would still rent again!

This place has the potential to be really great. After booking in November, then seeing the most recent reviews, I was really concerned about the cleanliness and functionality of the property. When we arrived the house was clean on the surface, but there are definitely parts that are very dirty. The doors were dirty, the walls were dirty and need repainted, one fan had probably a 1/4 inch of dust and grime on it, and the nooks and crannies were dirty, but all the useable surfaces were clean. The bathrooms were clean (no mold in sight) and the bedding was clean. The hot tub was also drained and refilled before our visit and the pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table were all in working order when we were there (unlike what other guests reviewed). There was also more than enough bedding and towels for everyone. The most frustrating thing about this property was actually communication with the host. This property is managed by Vacasa, so anytime I needed something I had to call their call center, sit on hold for 10+ minutes, then talk to a representative. They didn't answer a single one of my messages. This was extremely frustrating. Also, the door code they gave us was wrong, so it took about 20 minutes to check in, after having to call Vacasa once again. The property itself is "fake fancy". It's definitely not as nice as the pictures, but totally adequate. Don't stay here if you're looking for something luxurious, but if you just need lots of beds and a bunch of tiny bathrooms, then this is the place for you. The kitchen is somewhat well equipped, but small and the rooms are all very very basic. Overall, we had a great time, but make sure you have the right expectations going in. This isn't a dream home and you won't be allured by the quality furniture or nice touches, but if you have a big group (we had a group of 25 women) it will fit you all.

Filthy and broken
The home was filthy, (walking bare foot on carpet produced sticky feet, dirty walls, dirty fans, just dirty). The two sliding glass doors downstairs did not lock, the railings were broken in some spots, with the broken wood still there, trash thrown around outside, low hot tub water level. The home itself is next door to a scary looking dwelling? Not sure if people live there. The pictures were just so well done, but clearly photoshopped (in addition to likely being taken years ago), because there is no natural light in that main area. It did accommodate our group of 11 comfortably, but it was the kind of place where the house is so musty, the towels stink. So, in conclusion if you stay here, know what you are getting yourself into, be prepared not to cry over the fact that you spent $$$$ for two nights, bring your big dog and Your own sheets. P.s. vacassa was excellent about checking in, asking how things were going, and was very responsive for a time. I sent many many pictures, and they were going to put me in contact with the property manager. Never happened.

There were guests before you, so we had a short amount of time to complete the refill. We have found the lockboxes to be working well, the drains are flowing, and other maintenance concerns have been addressed. We are working to patch the walls and will ensure the carpets and fans are repaired. The home is mold free. We hope to host you again in the future.

My wife and I have rented many beach houses in both Oregon and Southern California. We tend to get places that are near the beach, but not super nice... since we are really there to enjoy the beach. This place was by far the worst we have ever stayed in. The carpet was absolutely filthy, and needs to be replaced. It was so bad that that it would rub off on your socks. The walls were also in need of paint or a good cleaning. There was a hole in one of the doors. In general the place is in poor repair. On the positive side, it has lots of bedrooms, and a good place for kids to play (pool, ping pong, and foosball... but these items are in poor shape as well). Also has a fantastic eating area for a large group. All in all, we were disappointed with the state of the house.

Don't have high expectations when booking this house
The best thing our large group enjoyed about this house is the amount of rooms, allowing each family to have their own. Large table was a big plus too. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We were shocked on how the dirty the house was upon arrival. The walls were super dirty and the dust looked like it has not been cleaned for months. We also really enjoyed the upstairs game room but did not expect to have no ventilation there. Having a large group made the house heat up in minutes and the upstairs had many windows(non of which open)! The fans were also not working. Overall we would stay here again but expect a cleaner house as we have to pay a cleaning fee..

Great Space!
This house was great for our group! Lots of bedrooms, sleeper couches and beautiful huge tables for dining! Just be aware that there aren’t tons of dishes/cups and a lot of the windows don’t open. It gets a little stuffy, so fans would be good to bring, though each room does have a ceiling fan. Definitely recommend and we’ll be using again!

Huge property in an amazing location
The house was huge, plenty of room for my large family and the bonus is it was pet friendly. The kids loved the game room. The area was so convenient as the town of Depoe Bay was in walking distance. It was also a very quiet location. The trip was very lengthy and unfortunately we didn’t arrive until Midnight the day of check in, however I recommend consideration for an earlier check in time and some allotment for late check out. Gathering a large family together and departing by 10 am is extremely hard. Final is the cleanliness. There is definitely room for improvement. There was chips in the room, walls were a dirty. The blanket and sham cases smelled very dusty as they hadn’t be laundered. If your advertising enhanced cleaning for purposes of COVID it’s definitely a false note. Please review this important process. In final I would recommend this home for large families, and if ever back to the Oregon Coast would for this rentals availability.

Great for large groups
This property is ideal if you’re traveling with a large group or having a reunion. Fire pit and hot tub are bonuses to this property that made it that much more enjoyable. Not many options nearby for food or groceries so pack a cooler. We would recommend staying to our friends!

Over all was great, however, the place was not clean. We had to wash every dish before use, and there was so much dust. Also, there was no large area with comfy seating! The dinning table was beautiful and loved that all 20 of us could eat together! Loved the game room upstairs!!! Overall, it was great!!!

This house is false advertising
The pictures shown online were false advertising. The beautiful dinning tables pictured were not there, instead oversized picnic tables. The house was not very clean, dirty walls, some stains in carpet. The outside was not maintanenced or groomed, grass and weeds like 4 feet tall, house could use a major power wash. Bbq grill was dirty and rusted, old rusted patio furniture. Kitchen was not very clean, just overall not what we expected. Far over priced, We will never rent this home again, sorry.

Much needed getaway
I have to say I was a little disappointed when I got into the home are the pictures on the website look great and overall things were great but both of the gaming tables upstairs are very bad condition they both one is broke and one is completely worn out on which that’s kind of a misleading thing when they show it on the pictures the TV and the VCR did not work downstairs in the living room area also the second bedroom upstairs the sink is clogged they couldn’t use it. The kitchen sink doesn’t have a plug where you can actually wash the dishes in the sink without running the water the whole time. Overall we made the best of it even though this particular home is very pricey Three or four of the bedrooms door will not latch so that’s a lack of privacy.

Perfect reunion property
We held a family reunion here for 20 guests (including 4 children and an infant) and found it everything we were hoping for: a short walk to Depoe Bay and many shoreside activities within driving distance. The only problem was that the take of crabs and sea bass from a 7-person fishing expedition left us with too much food: a high-class problem.

The only thing we appreciated was the number of rooms and bathrooms.
This house needs to be upgraded. The heating system was turned all the way down and took 24 hours to warm up. We were freezing. The pool table is trashed and basically not useable! The kitchen is tiny for a large crowd. We had tweleve people and seating was not adequate except around the dining room tables. Those chairs are not comfortable for that amount of time. The furniture has stains on them and an odor to them. The most disgusting was when my son pulled back his sheets to go to bed and they stuck together and there was splattered bodily fluids on them!! This house needs work! We will not be returning to this house.

Lots of space for all your family
We have lots of family and we wanted to go spend a good fun family weekend at the coast that would be fun for all.... check and check. All the space we needed, most every room has a full bath and pool table and ping pong table were great for a little competitive challenge for all. The only thing I could have asked for would've been beach access, but we were so close to places like down town depoe bay and devil's punch bowl that we didn't have to go far to access it. All and all great trip good home.
