I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. As a guest, I was expecting a comfortable and seamless experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
During our stay, we encountered several issues that indicate a general maintenance problem at your hotel. Upon arriving at our room after a long journey, my partner and I encountered an issue with the key card. It was not functioning properly, and we had to ask the staff to call for assistance to get it fixed after our long travelling
Furthermore, we experienced a problem with the balcony door. Due to a poor design, we got locked out of the balcony, and we had to climb out of the window and ask for help. This was a safety hazard and made us feel uncomfortable. This design flaw could have been avoided with better maintenance and attention to detail.
On our last night, we attempted to use the bathtub, but we found a major leak that made the toilet unusable. This was an unpleasant experience and caused us inconvenience. It was also a clear indication of a maintenance problem that needs to be addressed.
Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, I expected more from a five-star hotel. I hope that you can take the necessary steps to address these maintenance issues and improve the experience for future guests.
