We spent 2 nights at Tivoli Garden. We found the Reception staff very cordial, warm and extremely helpful.
The room was very good, spacious and well maintained except for some minor snags such as water clogging in the wash basin in the toilet and the toilet seat shaking a bit . Both the issues were resolved as soon as they were reported.
What we found missing was the absence Good Restaurants . The only restaurant which was functional was not kept very tidy. We were really worried about the flies making their rounds around the dining table.
Food was ok and served politely
The waiters were friendly but some of he supervisors were found very tight lipped.
We also found the security staff covering our area ( Gate 5 I think) very unfriendly, especially the one in he veninhg shift was not at all respectful of the guest. On earth both the evenings we found him sitting with crossed legs when we entered the building starting at us without bothering to wish us or even getting up. This wasn't acceptable.
In the compound we found some senior managers moving around ignored the guests completely, avoided even eye contacts.
Overall the resort has a peaceful but exceptionally quite when there are any functions happening in the huge ball rooms/ meeting halls within the compound.
We felt the resort couldn't be made more lively with some entertainment facilities anand eateries added.
I am sure this could improve the occupancy level if the property substantially.
