Great staff, very clean and comfortable room. Restaurant has very good food. Long wait for Taxis at times.

“All the basics done well”

The hotel features small but very efficient rooms. It is quite new and in good condition. The staff was remarkably friendly and helpful. They allowed me to use the front desk computer at midnight to print out a critical presentation document when we ran into complications in the 24 hour business center. The only negative in the experience was probably more Expedia's fault than the hotel. My request for airport pickup was only partially included on the reservation from Expedia so they didn't have my email address to confirm it. I didn't connect with their car at the airport. I did try to call the hotel numerous times but did not get through; they admitted that the mobile phone number provided was improperly switched off that day. They more than recovered from that glitch during my stay. Great staff!

“Excellent hotel”

I thought this hotel was excellent for my business trip. Not sure that the location is ideal for tourists as it's a distance from the city centre. But as I wasn't sight seeing this didn't matter to me. The facilities, room and restaurant were absolutely fine and I can't really fault it. Top marks to all the staff without exception who couldn't do enough to help out. My only minor complaint is that visitors have to pay for wi-fi connection, which is ok but there are too many options available and it was only on Day 2 I was told I could buy a day's worth which included a meal, and this package was cheaper than buying by the hour which I had been doing. You'd pay more for bigger hotels but you won't get the same service.

“Lemon Tree review.”

Clean rooms with good working space. Liked the ceiling fan in the room to move the at night. Food was excellent at the Hotel for breakfast and dinner.

“Why do things have to Change for the Worse”

I have stayed at this Lemon Tree approx 15 times before and it used to be a hidden gem. Not in a really great location but once through the hotel doors brilliant. The staff used to greet me back on each trip, and I used to recommend to other business colleagues. However it has now become just part of a chain.I asked for a later check out and the receptionist at first agreed to 6pm at No Charge to Half Cost to Full Cost of another night in the same conversation.Previously they were really accommodating.There are a lot of other hotels in this price bracket that I will be looking at in future,which is a real shame.The food in the Citrus Cafe is really good but you can use that even if not staying
