I arrived at the hotel, with a reservation, at 2 a.m., hoping to sleep for a few hours before my morning flight. The hotel was dark. The kind cab driver roused someone within, who spoke to us through a door chained shut. The government closed the hotel a few weeks previously for operating without appropriate licenses. So no room at all. (I will ask Expedia about help getting a refund, but I'm not optimistic). Certainly the worst hotel experience I have ever had (in fifty years).
