The hotel is far away from everything. If you stay here then you have to eat all meals here. Taxi 35-40 euro each trip to the city Center. At the end it costed me a lot more than the nicer hotel in the Center. Our heater was broken and we suffered a freezing cold night that made us all having a cold the next day. They changed us to another room after we complained as 4 nights without heat would be impossible, but we think that the manager should offer a drink or something to make a nice gesture . A part from that the staff were nice though.

We regularly stay at this property on our way from the UK to continental European destinations and always enjoy doing so. Our compliments on the atmosphere and great food in the restaurant, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and the fact that even travellers with dietary requirements are offered a wide and varied breakfast.

A stay for nature fans
Our family room had a beautiful view over the woods, we could even see cows. I enjoyed going out for a run or a walk, we were there to visit family in De Bilt but I wouldn't recommend the hotel for people who want to be in a central location or more in town. It's perfect for nature lovers though. Utrecht is very close, a 10-20 minutes bus ride. Good heating in the room and it looked very new. The mattresses were comfortable but moving: and the quality of the bed bases was not the best. The breakfast should be included in the price, especially given that their pool is out of service, the rooms are expensive for the location. The building itself looked cheap (ugly stairs, lift, you feel like in a hostel) the restaurant was cozy and quite classy, with good service. We only had drinks there.

Very convenient location. Rooms were comfortable and well supplied. Excellent breakfast the best I've experienced on this entire trip which included three hotels in France. The dining room could use a bit of a broader menu and the staff should understand how to make cocktails particularly a martini

A hotel that I will revisit
Conveniently located full service hotel. A welcoming staff with easy check in process. A very reasonably priced full breakfast buffet including an omelette station. The restaurant oiffers a complete menu that was more than satisfactory.

De Bilt nice green parks
The hotel is quite nice, near a highway. We can hear the cars passing by although all the surroundings are very charming. You can walk to this nice paths and there's a nice site seeing around.

I'm always staying at this hotel when I do business trips in Utrecht. It's the ideal place too stay after a working day. Very relaxing, nice restaurant and great service.

Nice hotel. Spacious room. Balcony. Comfortable and quiet. Good restaurant. Nothing in the mini-fridge though, not even some free water, and the shower tray overflowed, flooding the entire bathroom floor which I had to spend 20 minutes mopping up with towels. Drains need to be unblocked.

Staff was helpful, the room was perfect for our family of four, with a bed and tv for each of our daughters. The restaurant was good and the food tasty. Though we had a positive visit, it was not a 5 star hotel.

GREAT PLACE TO LAY YOUR DENTURES
Decent stay, they said it was "pet friendly" but did not have any accommodations. If you have a pet rock and need a place to travel with it, this may be the spot for you as they prefer you to be silent during your stay. Breakfast was overpriced and incredibly basic. The environment was boarderline senior citizen housing and no where near a 4 star rating as the reviews state. The bathroom was nice at least.

Great hotel. Good vibe as soon as you arrive and extremely comfortable nice big rooms. Staff bent over backwards to welcome and especially over Easter weekend when the hotel was packed, the weather outside was wonderful and they were stuck inside working. The attitude and hospitality towards guests was outstanding. Thank you for a terrific stay, I will only ever pick this hotel when visiting Utrecht.
