The perfect place for your stay, ideally located, just like the name on the waterfront, conveniently located for shops and transport links, modern clean and professional. The Food is great and generous, warm and well run, so I can highly recommend this place.

Lovely B&B: clean, well decorated rooms with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was lovely also. Parking is a bit of a pain but not too bad during the off-season: a 5-minute walk away for free if you can find a space (as of 10 Feb 2024, on street parking on the North Embankment is free from the 1st October to 30th April).

Lovely weekend away at Waterfront house. Bedroom was lovely and clean, with coffee, tea and freshly baked cookies! Breakfast was fabulous - crossaints, fresh fruit, plenty of drink choice and a hot food menu. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault it, thank you so much!

Took our 15 week old puppy, and was very pleased with the accommodation provided which included a large verander for the dog, very welcoming and spotless clean, breakfast was four star, would not hesitate to recommend and shall be returning.

Waterfront House - Dartmouth
The Waterfront House was the most amazing place to stay, the location is perfect, the room was superb, the breakfast was unbelievable, I will definitely be going back.

Fraser & Gina on Southwest Coast Path.
Fantastic place to stay, very 'COVID-19 conscious' with obvious adaptations made and a very clean establishment. The owners clearly made a big effort to ensure guest safety. Great breakfast of freshly and locally sourced products, and the room was most comfortable. Would highly recommend a future stay.

Such a superb stay! Beautifully decorated, Amazing breakfast and lovely host. Clean, fresh, really warm welcome. We were lucky and were upgraded to the harbour room. It was beautiful and well worth the money if you are thinking about staying here. We would def book this room next time we stay. Thank you

Holiday stays don’t come any better than Julie and John’s beautifully presented property. There’s nothing not to like. It’s so clean, so well thought through, so well positioned, so welcoming.
