Old property and things are falling apart. Needs major renovation, food is not good at all. The food quality is very low and one surprising thing is breakfast room service is 25,000 shillings, it means if you decide to have breakfast in your room they will a charge you room service 25,000($12). I find this ridiculous especially if you look at the food they serve.

Large comfortable room, excellent air conditioning and great staff. Has a nice (small) pool and gym. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. Overall, good value for money. Will come back again.

Everything was good, only hot water was not enough I had to run the water for approximately 5 minutes to get warmer, I did notified front desk and no one come to fix it

I had a severe allergic reaction the 2nd night, which can only be attributed to something related to the bed covers, please check that out, other than that I would recommend everything about this hotel. Thanks!!

It is a unique location centrally located in Dar and can navigate easily. The sweet challenge is to move around when it rains ...umbrellas become useful though..😎

Our family was on a business trip with children along. The apartment was spacious but out of date, especially the bathroom. The staff were responsive to any issues and made a major service recovery effort after we raised on issue. Good assortment of food and very good location.

Nice place to stay in Dar
Stayed for a couple nights with friends. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Overall I enjoyed the stay but our AC unit wasn’t working properly and the shower door wasn’t sealed tight so water easily leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Good stay
Met by a huge cockroach skirting across the wall--we killed it. They came (we did not call them) and sprayed and no further issues. Lovely people. Shower leaked--they gave us extra towels. Facility is not new! We liked all the food we ate in the restaurant, especially appreciate the healthy avocado toast offered for breakfast.

Clean and friendly.
It was good, spacious, clean. The AC went out in the morning but we were leaving so we just reported it. Shower head was broken but we could shower anyway.

Nice, comfortable stay
Basic, decent hotel. Just what was expected. It had a small gym, nice swimming pool and is a short jog from the beach. Breakfast is basic too, but everything you will need.

Very practical, functional place to stay. Good sized room with even a small kitchen. Hot water never worked despite a visit from a mechanic. Very friendly staff. Room overlooked parking lot - not scenic - but there's a nice pool area. Very good breakfast; ok dinner. If you want a more scenic, charming Protea, choose the Protea Courtyard, which is a few km away.

The manager George was very helpful in sorting out the issues. The rooms are defiantly dated. The restaurant food is below average and service by restaurant staff is sub par, especially in the evening and into the night(dinner) service.

Our transport from the airport by Michael was excellent. It was so nice to see him holding a sign with my name on it coming out of customs. He was very nice and pointed out local sites on our way
