"The Hotel is in the most gorgeous location. The view over the river is to die for. This does come with some diesel noise from the various boats on the river. The lighting of the property facing the river is lovely. The main entrance to the hotel is via a back street. There could have been more attention to detail here - there were two large tubs of close to dead plants (bougainvilleas I think). The entrance is shady and plants may not grow well - it would have been better for them to be removed. Internally, the hotel is OK, not great. I do not think that there is an elevator. The corridor lighting is a little erratic. It was all scrupulously clean. We stayed in a suite. It was a good size with two small separate balconies. There were three rooms, the living area, the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a spare bed and a sofa bed in it. Perhaps it could be more comfortable as a suite rather than a multi bed facility. No issues with the bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower was insecurely fitted. Breakfast was a bugbear. In an area famed for its fruit it was beyond strange that there was no fresh fruit juice on offer. There are freshly cooked omelettes on offer, however, it was touch and go whether you could get this - no evidence of any queueing system. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning staff do a great job behind the scenes. The hotel has an unparalleled view, an external ambience and a great base from which to visit an fascinating area."

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming family-run boutique hotel in Dalyan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when flight delays meant we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The hotel itself is unique and full of character. In my opinion, it's a hidden gem in Dalyan. One of the main reasons we chose it was its location just outside the town centre, as we were looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. It delivered exactly that. The surroundings were quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a truly restful holiday. Each morning we were treated to a freshly prepared breakfast, which was always excellent and set us up perfectly for the day ahead. What really stood out was the genuine care and attention from the staff. Their friendly and helpful approach made us feel at home throughout our stay. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and welcoming place to stay in Dalyan. A true hidden gem."

"Simply Outstanding in every respect. From the moment we arrived the attention to detail and level of service was superb. Family run establishment that has the guests at the heart of everything they do, from the cleanliness to the superb breakfast cooked by the owner's wife. Rooms cleaned throughout every day and every member of staff has a warm welcome and a smile. Only a short walk to the wonderful town of Dalyan. This is one of the very best places we have stayed in Turkey and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in the room with river view. It was a great room with 2 rooms and 3 beds total, so we had lots of space. My parents stayed in the room by the pool. They had 2 small beds. I thought the room was too small, but they were happy. I loved the food there and ate mostly at the restaurant on-site. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of ingredients. I was only missing plain old oatmeal and whole grain bread. My boyfriend didn't like their coffee. For lunch and dinner we tried their grilled fish, pide, soups daily... I loved all the food. It wasn't too salty or fat. Just right."

"Great place to stay. Fab room. Clean and comfortable. Great hot shower and lovely view from balcony. Great pool, comfy sunbeds. Delicious breakfast and homemaked cake! Lovely peaceful garden to sit in. 10 mins walk into Dalyan centre and right beside Saturday Market. Friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Thanks!"
