Hotel was oversold ....no room to stay in ...
I booked my room online thru hotels.com ...one hour later i arrived at the hotel, and they me they didn't have any rioms available. They oversold their hotel. So despite having a hotel confirmation, i didnt have a room reserved to stay at their hotel

No one answered for an Hour. I was sent here because of delayed flight. Drugs, hookers, I had not toilet paper, the fridge was broke, bed looked sat in with TV still on. No way to complain. When I went to just get TP there was an ambulance and a fire truck. Caos. They charged me twice and still didn’t get my money back. This is a nasty dangerous place. Uber driver even said he didn’t like going there and that was daytime. Hotels.com shouldn’t advertise or use them as a choice.

Absolutely disgusting, holes in the curtains, cockroaches everywhere, hair in the bed, filthy bathroom. We went to the nearest Target and bought our own bedding because I refused to sleep on the provided bedding. So many loiterers outside, all night. Felt very unsafe and loud.

I liked that it is close to DWF airport. I was bummed: The studio lacked a latch, the window seems not sturdy enough, dirt on stairs. The curtain had like blood stains on it! There was no remote for the TV and the lady in reception was overwhelmed a bit. I would ask for a partial refund or some Expedia Bonus. Thank you!

After standing in line outside in the cold after dark with a few unsavory characters I finally reached the small office window. I was handed a clipboard with multiple pages to initial and sign. The trash cans were overflowing. The property was littered. The room reeked of bug spray. The window drapes and HVAC unit were filthy. The window was unlocked and open. Apparently to ventilate the room or homeless people use it. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it even though I requested a non-smoking room. The table & chairs were unstable. No hangers were available. The next morning I attempted to wash and sterilize my continuous positive airflow pressure CPAP however, there was no hot water. I saw that the bathroom sink drain was clogged with paper wrappers. I went to the front office window and waited in line again. I asked the maintenance man how long before I will have hot water. He informed me that the hot water boiler broke months ago. He said the new one was on back order. He had no idea when I would have hot water. I spoke with the front desk clerk and she suggested that I wait until after 1 pm to clean my CPAP and shower. I told her that I must wash and sanitize my CPAP in the morning so that it will be dry by bedtime. I also required a hot shower in the morning. The WiFi would not download to my phone. I asked to speak with the property manager who was not available. I checked out 2 days early without a shower and without cleaning my CPAP. I am requesting a full refund.

Very unsanitary. Bugs everywhere. People urinated in the elevator. Office personal gets to you when they feel like it, while you patiently wait in the heat. No inside seating available. I had to get my card reactivated 3 times for a week stay. This was more like apartments rather than a hotel. Good luck, and choose wisely future reservations.

This hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately that's all about it that is good. My major complaint is that the whole property is nasty, dirty and falling apart. There are very undesirable and shady people just hanging around the balconies, blocking the way etc. The hotel felt like a Section 8 housing project. People all over the balconies, kids begging for money. I had a reservation but after checking in I decided it just didn't feel safe to stay there. I only stayed in the room for 5 minutes but what I noticed before leaving was that it was overall filthy, toilet stopped up, torn curtains, a large hole in the wall, strong odor of marijuana. Someone told me there are lots of roaches in the rooms but I didn't see any the little time I was there but I don't doubt there would have been roaches if I had stayed. The girl working in the office (behind a 3 inch thick glass window) was nice and after some calls I finally got a refund since I didn't end up staying, so I won't complain on the staff. They really need to clean the place up and get rid of all these homeless people just hanging around making it feel unsafe to stay there.

Only good thing i can say is the staff was pleasant and friendly. Other than that it was a horrible experience. Bugs crawling on boyfriend while we napped. Floor looked dirty and had a visible blood stain still on the floor. Will never stay there again. I understand it was a cheap room and u get what u pay for but bugs crawling on us was completely unacceptable.

It was terrible experience. Property was at good location but was very dirty and unsafe. In lobby there was strong smell of w*ed. I booked non-smoking room. During check-in I also made sure with the front desk that I get non-smoking room but when I unlocked the door it was hell lot of smoke smell. Smell was also keeps coming in lobby and entering from underneath the door(No sealing or fixture. Big gap) In AC unit the fan was working and AC was not even cooling the room. There was even a cockroach in the refrigerator. In bathroom one towel was already hanging behind door. The shower was throwing one sharp fall of water which you can't fix and can't take bath as it hurts your body. (When I tried to fix it, water just came out from shower fixture. Basically they need to replace that broken shower). Overall, it is a terrible motel.
