Room old, refrigerator not working properly. They didn’t replace towels or change sheets. They have not even replaced soap. So, summarizing, don’t get trapped by pictures, they don’t show the reality. I will not stay there again.

Even though I booked with breakfast on e.bookers.com I had to pay the daily fee in Brazilian currency. And had to pay also breakfast twice.i think the problem is between e.bookers.com and the Bristol upper hotel. The stuff of the hotel says that I can't have breakfast and the extra money I paid booking with e.bookers is the commission. So I think that this experience is very bad and I will not repeat it.

pra passar uma noite, dá.
As instalações eram boas, porém o que me incomodou muito foi a iluminação fraca do quarto e a escassez de tomadas no quarto. Somente uma em cima da pia.

Um contratempo no Check In no dia 02/02/24 entre 21:00 e 22:00 horas. Quando da efetivação do pagamento o funcionário do hotel disse que teria que pagar no débito e que parcelamento só seria possível acima de seiscentos reais. Ocorre que em nenhum momento falamos em parcelamento. Iríamos pagar o valor integral das diárias no crédito, o que não ocorreu devido à informação dada acima. Conclusão: pagamos 446,00 reais no débito. Disseram-nos ter sido um equívoco da parte do funcionário qdo fizemos o questionamento no dia seguinte.Não houve equívoco algum pois a pergunta foi objetiva(se poderia pagar no crédito; não citamos parcelamento). Sem contar que no quarto não haviam banquetas para sentar e microondas como no quarto ao lado do nosso. Havia apenas uma toalha de rosto contrapondo com duas de banho.

O hotel está Velho mas mesmo assim gosto de ficar nele porque tem tudo o que preciso, a localização é ótima e o preço tb! Porém eles falham muito no atendimento da recepção! Demora no check in , no check out, na emissão da nota, falam que vão mandar a não mandam, enfim é triste qd todos os esforços são feitos e a empresa peça no atendimento! O restaurante tem um atendimento incrível, são muito simpáticos educados e atenciosos Tanto do time do café quanto da janta
