Its a condo, cute condo but not in great shape. Window held closed with rope, washing machine broken and slimy, iron didn't work, bedroom lamp flickered. Staff were very friendly. Condo is a nice size but I wouldn't have felt safe if I was staying there alone. Cute bars and restaurants on the beach 1 minute walk.

Booked a 2br 2ba condo here for my bestie and I on spring break. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating! Loved our whole experience with them and at the property. We had an amazing view from our balcony in the C building and could see the ocean and the bay. The pool area is super nice too! And Piscadera Beach is a wonderful place to hang out. Our favorite restaurant was Que Tapa, which was a short walk away. The location is also central to everything you need!

Overall excellent stay,we had to ask for towels and hair dryer. They came and cleaned 3 x in a week .has kitchen but would be difficult to cook for daily use. Spacious 2 bedroom appartment. 2 min walking from beach and 3 of good restaurants.

Overall the stay was acceptable at best and this thankfully for the super team on site. Kind friendly and attentive. It’s unfortunate to say the that the rest was subpar. To have such a promising property be left to age so poorly with bad upkeep is a shame. Furniture both at the pool and within the condo were unacceptably dirty and old/ripped . Etc And to say that this individually owned properties should have thoughtful owners to make sure renters feel like at home seems to have been forgotten. No tissues(Kleenex) no soap dispensers or holders in showers. Old uncomfortable worn out mattress. I can certainly guarantee we won’t be return renters and very unlikely others would be as well. Expedia is just as guilty for marketing such a property through its platform. Pictures are deceiving and are clearly from when property was built years ago . Again thank goodness for the kind and welcoming staff on site .

The bungalow was excellent and clean and perfect for people who like to explore by car. Across the street there are abandoned buildings which are a little off putting but we did not have any issues. Hopefully the development can be completed some day.

The property has an enormous potential and the original idea was great. The views and the staff are awesome! Some of the nicest people I have ever met BUT the place was initially designed as a resort, they went bankrupt and sold the individual units to private owners and stopped construction midway... As a result of this, you have: - An entire complex of building (Piscadera Bay Complex) in front of the Piscadera Harbour Village resort that were originally designed as a shopping/restaurant group of buildings that are now abandoned, with graffiti, broken glasses, homeless people and stray dogs, all kinds of peole go in and out of these buildings at night so a huge safety concern! If we knew this, we would have never booked this place. When we initially arrived, I wanted to turn around and find a new place because the entrance in the resort is through this deserted complex of buildings. - On the resort property there are buildings thar were started but never finished. - The imdividual units are not properly maintained. Ours had windows that were missing the locking system (so the window was always open), the insulation of the windows was broken and the glass was making noises when there was wind, we've has water fosets that were not properly attached to the sink and they were wobbly, the bads were not confortable and were naking a tone of noize. Overall, I would not recommend this place...

The location was quiet and central to shopping, restaurants, beaches and many local places. Four minutes from the Sambil shopping mall. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful providing service and information. Each unit is individually owned and decorated. Walking distance to the Piratebay Beach Club, De Visserij and Tomatoes Pizza. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was gorgeous and a lovely beach was right across the street. There were a few delicious places to eat nearby as well. Everything was above and beyond what I expected and a fantastic value for the money.

A well equipped and well maintained development. Apartments tastefully furnished with all the essentials that you require for your stay. Pool not massive, but the standard of cleanliness throughout the complex is very high. Staff helpful and welcoming. Location is close to the beach and one of the best fish restaurants on the island. More than happy to go back.

Loved the modern 2 bedroom bungalow. Beautiful infinity pool. Very helpful staff took our booking at short notice and helped arrange rental car. Lovely quiet resort only spoilt by several barking dogs in local area overnight. Great access to beach with excellent facilities - loved the Tomatoes bar beside the water - staff were brilliant! Overall, would thoroughly recommend this resort.

Staff are friendly, very good experience with small kids. Strongly recommend to rent a car. 10 minutes away from a big shopping mall. 1 minute away from the beach. There was no laundry detergent, I needed to buy one myself at the local supermarket. Need to be careful lots of stray dogs are around the sub but not inside. Outlet is European style, needed to change plug. Overall evaluation was very good.

This was a great place in terms of quality of the bungalow. Everything worked as it should and we wanted for nothing during our 3 nights there (though no dishwasher). Only a couple of things needed attention such as the roller blinds, oh and the dog faeces dropped off by the front door periodically by the couple of street dogs who roamed the condo at will. I shouldn't have to arrive at the property and start removing 3 or 4 pieces of dog muck from within a couple of meters of the front door. Not pleasant at all, but once past that....all was really good. The condominium grounds is guarded and feels safe; it is fairly isolated (so you need a car), but is close (4 minutes walk) to a private beach which is free to access with the property rental (can't take your own food and drinks though). Whilst we booked late (2 days before arrival) there was no response to our texts via Travelocity re our arrival time but all was fine upon arrival booking in. There is always someone to contact either by phone or at the office on sight. There's nothing to do within the condominium grounds other than a great eternity edge style pool. Others have commented that it's too small - whilst not Olympic size I would say it's a normal size for a small holiday pool, and if there's no-one using it (as was often the case), it's perfect. A couple of OK restaurants are at the private beach area, and Sambil mall (with a Carrefor) is a only few minutes drive away. Great place to stay.

It is very run down and many little things did not work. The bed in the second bedroom collapsed,safe did not work, Lighting is so bad you can't read after dark and lots of other problems The staff were very friendly and tried to fix each issue. They were the saving grace on this cheaply run propery

The view from out bungalow was great. The inside needed a bit of maintenance but nothing to prevent us from enjoying our stay. Staff at the rental office were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Very close to the beach. Very beautiful view from the villa we were renting. Three restaurants nearby, so is supermarket, shopping centre and a movie theatre. Service was great. We had a very relaxing vacation. Will go back for sure.

Piscadera Harbour Village is our home away from home. My family of four spent 11 nights here and had no regrets. Bright, spacious, clean, relaxing. The office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Also had the pleasure of meeting Nelcy who does the cleaning service. Everything you need is in close proximity 5 minutes driving and great restaurants in walking distance. We definitely see ourselves doing this again.

Bright modern and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful complex with an amazing infinity pool. Only issue is AC didn't work...no other available units. We opted to stay and the brought us 2 fans. It was Easter weekend so couldn't get the AC fixed until we left on the 23rd. Staff were fantastic.

Good location, less than 10 minutes from Willemstad/Otrabanda, 5 minutes from Grocery store. Water views, and short 2 minute walk to beach, plus quickly on the road to all the other beautiful beaches on the island. 2-bedroom bungalow was perfect for our family of 4, with full kitchen.

Quiet, onsite security around the clock. What I didn’t like is that the dogs didn’t let my mother through to the pool. After I talked to the lady at the reception they were planning of getting rid of the dogs. Great place in general.

Central location for a few days stay
We stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. The view was amazing. Very quiet. The staff were very responsive. A few points to note: it is very hard to find at night. The turn into the resort is from what first looks to be a pedestrianized area and the sign is hard to see, especially if you are coming from the opposite direction. Recommend a few more signs. Depends on the owner but our bungalow was NOT well equipped. No cooking utensils at all, can opener, etc. The staff provided a toaster and kettle on request. Outdoor chairs unfortunately were not comfortable. The pool was great as was Pirate Cove beach. Our unit could really use a deep clean (fan blades, upper surfaces, etc). It takes about 50 mins to walk into Willemstad, mostly along the sea.

Cute and spacious bungalow
The bungalows are comfortable and spacious with a nice kitchen area, big living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located at 8 mins to town by car. My biggest disappointment was that our booking confirmation clearly states 3 king size beds. Not only the beds were not king size but we only had 2 full sizes bed. When asked, they said it was wrongly advertised and the bungalows contains two bed and a sofa bed. Pros - privacy - kitchen and living room area - plenty of light - gated area - 8-10 mins to town by car - Beach area across the street Cons - gated area but usually open - no room service. They cleaned our bungalow one time in 5 nights that we were there. No fresh towels and no made beds daily. - our bungalow had a leak when it rains.

Great stay
We stayed in the ocean view bungalow for 5 nights. Hotel was nicely decorated and staff were very helpful. Beautiful views. We did some shore diving with the nearby 'the dive shop' and would highly recommend them. I would recommend renting a car for this location.

Nice condo very close to a beach
We recently stayed in the bungalows at Piscadera Harbour Village. They were large & comfortable with a lovely view of the water. We were travelling with 2 babies & a toddler. Although the units did not have washer/dryers we were able to send out 5kg. of laundry daily which was washed, folded & returned the next day. There is construction ongoing at this property but it was not loud or intrusive. There are several restaurants within walking distance & it is a five minute drive to the closest grocery store. The closest beach is a quick downhill walk & the pool provided morning entertainment for our 2 yr. old. Note it is an infinity pool so you would have to keep a close eye on children who can swim on their own. The staff are very accommodating & even purchased a high chair for us when we asked! Bedding is not necessarily changed when the units are cleaned every second or third day however you can request this at any time. There is a kids play structure tucked behind the unoccupied (as yet) building near the water which we didn't discover until the second last day so if you take kids I recommend looking for it.

The resort and our room was exactly as pictured on Travelocity. The only issue was that the kitchen could have been a little better stock with cooking supplies and dishes. Everything else was wonderful.

Stayed for the third time. Had a good stay. Didn't had a washing machine and dryer this time, but the service to wash all our clothes was delivered. The mattresses are too soft. And this time there was no TV in the living room.
