Faultless!
Superb b and b, lovely host, clean and comfortable room with every amenity and a great breakfast cooked to order with individual access to cereals, yoghurt etc at each table and great attention to dietary needs and preferences. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable stay.
Very comfortable couple of nights and A great breakfast. Our host struck a wonderful balance between keeping us safe, sticking to the socially distancing measures and giving us a warm welcome. Definitely recommend. Note: We stayed Saturday Sunday Friday Saturday.

What a fantastic find. We were very lucky to stay just before all the travel restrictions and felt very spoilt by our Hostess lovely B and B with wonderful views over the fields in either direction.

Great welcome and brilliant breakfasts! Room was large and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Nicely placed for visiting Exeter and Surrounds, but in a lovely rural setting.

From the moment we walked through the door Newcourt had a relaxed and welcoming feeling. The room - especially the bed - was comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Nice setting with views over the farm. Highly recommended.

I had a very large comfortable room for a one night stay between moving home from one part of Devon to another; the setting of the B&B is beautiful and there are attractive gardens and walks to discover if you have more time. I do prefer a bath to a shower - which this room did not have - but that was the only thing lacking for me. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with local products.

Lovely surroundings. Standard double bed, too small to be comfortable. Several issues ie.....shower tray overflowing, no butter at breakfast...only margarine, open jars of jams etc,for everyone to use, not hygenic.

Best place to Stay in Devon
This place is amazing! We were there for four nights and wish we had discovered this place sooner. The rooms are bright, clean, airy and very comfortable. They have all the amenities of a five-star hotel - ok, so there’s no telephone in the bathroom but then we’ve never used those anyway and don’t see why anyone would. We are fortunate enough to have travelled all over the world and can honestly state, without a doubt, this is the best B & B we have ever stayed in. We can not recommend the Newcourt Barton B & B highly enough and will tell all our friends both in England and back home about it. The breakfast menu is the most extensive we have ever seen at a B & B and the quality of food is outstanding. The central location makes it a great place to stay while visiting Devon or Cornwall. The grounds are beautifully kept. It’s obvious that our hostess spends a great deal of time on the aesthetics of this place. Our hostess is charming, knowledgeable, extremely hospitable, helpful, and an absolute delight. We will definitely come back if only to spend some quiet time on a beautiful farm.

Great place
Quaint, clean and beatufully decorated in a gorgeous location. Efficient check in and tasty breakfast. I’d highly recommend the five bells pub, which is a mile’s walk away, for a drink or dinner. We will certainly return next time we’re in Devon.

Its located in a peacefull setting, wich I love. with 15 mins by car you are in Exeter which I visited. Nice town to explore.
