Electrical outlets were hanging outside of the wall, lights kept flickering in the room, someone was trying to open my room door during the night, and I did not feel safe. I will not be returning to this hotel.

When i see "breakfast included" I didnt think what they were going to offer was a granola bar. That's It! They called it "grab & go". That's misleading. No fruit or donut, bagels etc...As for my room...The floors in my room was dirty. Dirty that it was very noticeable and the 1st thing I seen when I opened the door. Even the desk and other furniture was dirty jus kind of gross.

Went to a wedding in town so need a place to stay. Booked it only because it was the closest. I literally felt like I was sleeping In an abandoned apartment. Holes in the walls with toilet paper in them. Sofa bed in the suit was covered with dust and mold. Fire alarms were broken off the ceiling. Every lamp was broken. Bedsheets had black stains on them. Didn’t realize it till I got back from the wedding at 12am and needed light. If I didn’t have children to go home to I would have left but safety first. Do not recommend at all.

First room had a tv that didn't work, so we moved. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows were fluffy. Room was quiet. Only complaint, towels were very scratchy. Will be going back

The rooms were very dirty and the chair in the room had no leg on it. The elevator is in very poor condition. Police and vagrants were there constantly. Was uncomfortable with being approached and harassed by the residents who seem to live and hang out there. Terrible experience as I was there for a funeral and had no rest while there. Shut that place. down before a paying customer gets robbed assaulted or worse. AAA will be informed of our experience and hopefully they will not suggest anyone stay there.

Decent hotel, would recommend.
Hotel itself was great, only a few spots on the toilet seat and stain on the duvet. One other customer did try to ask my girlfriend out in front of me, but I took care of that.

This was an extremely uncomfortable stay I wanted to leave the first day. Imagine I’m traveling to see my grandson and someone is complaining about my 6 year old grandson but for two nights the cops were there and some woman was laid out on the lobby’s couch it was just horrible I couldn’t believe it, I paid the same amount as I would’ve for an upscale hotel the only difference this was a one bedroom suite. The staff is okay but there were repair issues I was supposed to stay for a week but I went somewhere else.

They sold the room I reserved prior. They stated they upgraded me but was not an upgrade. They said wouldn’t even give me pillows for the sofa bed.

We actually opted to take a loss and not stay at this property... It looked more like a truckers motel than the hotel I seen on pics while booking )-: Lady at the front desk was very nice over the phone and agreed to an early check-in, but when I got to the property at 1:30pm, I was asked to pay $15 for an early check-in fee (seriously?)... At the end of our event, we opted to drive home instead as it didn't look like we'll be enjoying much comfort there...

Majority of the surfaces in the room were sticky or had caked on gunk from obvious lack of cleanliness. When I arrived, there was another tenant screaming and it was heard through the halls. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the area around the property had little life, but you get what you pay for. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Not to mention, the accessibility in proximity to restaurants in walking distance was a plus.

I booked a 2 bed room and was given a 1 bed with a pullout. While not ideal i made due... However when i walked in i didn't even want to sit on anything. It was gross, smelled of mildew or something and had holes and writing on the walls. It had to be kn my top 5 worst hotel rooms ive ever stayed in and I've stayed in places all over the world... Thankfully it was only a VERY quick stay so I didn't bother switching to another hotel...but i toyally would have otherwise.

The king non smoking room was used for smoking for the smell was still in room comforters had burn holes and the bathroom was disgusting. We had to go out and by bleach and comet to clean the bathroom before it could be used the toliet and the tub. Unacceptable!!!!!

Really Disappointing
Although the staff was friendly at check-in, the room was disgusting. From the stale cigarette smell in the hallway to the cigarette I found stuffed into the couch in the room (of an allegedly non-smoking hotel); from the stains on the couch cushions to the burn holes in the sheets and blankets; from the dirt in the bathtub to the spider webs in the corner (not cobwebs-actual spider webs with actual spiders) this room was not fit for occupancy. We arrived late after a 12 hour drive in an area where other hotels were unavailable; otherwise, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. There is no breakfast, even though it is advertised on some websites as providing one. Holes in the walls and crumbling drywall completed the presentation. The only plus is that there was no sign of bedbugs or other vermin. I simply cannot recommend that anyone stay at this location, at least until significant remodeling, sanitation and upkeep are provided.
