“great long term stay property”

clean convienent and comfortable describes this hotel. while working in covington for 3 moths this is my home base. always clean and convient to area restaurants and shopping

“Great Value for the Money!!”

Something people need to understand is that this is NOT a conventional hotel. These are basically efficiency apartments designed for a longer stay than just a night or two. My room was clean and quiet and comfortable and a tremendous value for the money, considering I could have stayed in a Motel 6 with nowhere near the amenities for only a few dollars less per night. The room was huge, and had a full kitchen, with full-size refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located to I-71-75 with easy on-off. I was impressed with the kitchen facilities, had anything you want and more. A great TV with many cable channels. I will stay here again.

Had a great stay, the studio style rooms were nicely equipped with everything i needed, the front staff were so nice and courteous, will definitly stay again, and you cant beat the price !

“Great Hotel Value”

Very nice, clean room. Extremely large for the price with full kitchenette. Staff very helpful and friendly. Mildly disappointed that the pool closed at 9:00pm. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Florence, KY. Near restaurants, shopping, airport and Cincinnati/Northern KY attractions. Very friendly, helpful staff and rooms with kitchens and living areas. Great stay.

Clean room. Hotel is not new, so things look used. Did not see roaches like past guest. Friendly staff. Close to all stores and freeway. Nice to have convenience of kitchen.

“Roach Motel”

The lobby was closed after 10pm, but the staff was very friendly and the check-in was prompt considering. Unfortunately I did not experience the cleanliness of the room as described in the other guests' reviews. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor and the sheetrock was peeling from the ceiling (apparently due to previous water damage). But the worse was when I pulled the blanket back to discover the stained sheets full of grit, dirt, and hair. The staff was very apologetic and immediately moved me to another room. Although there was a strong stench of dog and/or cat urine in the new room, the sheets were clean. I contemplated leaving and checking into the hotel next door, but it was 1am so I decided to ride it out for a few hours and left shortly after daybreak. I would've been better off sleeping in my car.
