“Cincinnati Sojourn”

This is a nice hotel in the southern Cincy suburbs. The only reason I didn't give it all fives is the bathroom is very small and offers nothing special and the TV viewing options were very limited. The room itself was very clean and offered a flat screen tv, a sleep number bed with nice pillows and good linens.

“the hidden gem”

This place is amazing. The folks at the front desk were very accommodating and helped me feel at home with cookies and a magnificent view of the skyline. The pool was great, and parking was free and easy.

“okay stay but a great king numbers bed”

Great view of Cincy from across the river. We had a few unexpected creatures crawling in the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk on the way out for the day. Upon returning that night, the bugs were still in the same spot I had reported earlier.

“Not Impressed - Very Loud Highway Noise!!!!!”

Hotel needs to be updated. Highway noise kept us up all night!! Find another hotel. Not worth the money.

Thank you for choosing the Radisson. As you probably noticed upon arrival, our location being adjacent to the interstate is extremely convenient however if you are not accustomed to the sounds of the city you may also find it to be disturbing. We always recommend requesting a city view room upon check in, if one is not available then there are certain steps you can take to drastically reduce the noise level: our balcony doors are double-paned so ensure that both are securely closed, draw the curtains to provide an additional burrier and if that still isn’t working for you try leaving the fan running on your hvac unit or come to the front desk and request ear plugs which are always available to our guests. We sincerely apologize if the noise of the highway disturbed your sleep, however we do find that most people find that noise to be a minimal inconvenience, if at all.

“Hollowed out echo of a good hotel”

toilet seat won't stay up, sleep number remote very difficult to use because the buttons are worn out and only work sometimes. Bathroom exhaust fan timer stuck, and fan turns on occasionally. Loud hallway sounds. I nearly ruined a dress shirt using the iron which spewed some colored water from the reservoir. I did test it but it spewed gunk anyway. The furniture was mostly nice, the room plenty big enough for us. It wasn't horrible, but poor maintenance, and an older property detract significantly from the brand.

We're very sorry that the conditions you encountered during your stay were less than satisfactory, had you mentioned these concerns to our staff during your stay we would have gladly searched for a room that met your needs and called our maintenance department to repair or replace the items you mentioned. I do hope that upon your return you mention these difficulties to our staff so that we can make it right for you as it is always our intention to provide the best atmosphere for our guests while they are away from home.

“NAI 2011 Trade Show Lodging”

Good room, great view a little noisy on with I-75 17 floors below. Everything was fine once I figured out how to get the A/C fan to stay on all the time. Both restuarants were outstanding. The view from the rotating one on top was nothing short of breathtaking. This was a good stop for the money.

This location is within walking distance of a neat old area of Covington, KY. That "Strasse" has great taverns, restaurants and shops. It is open late and conventioner friendly.
