“Perfect Location just into Kentucky”

I was in town for a volleyball seminar and the proximity of this hotel was perfect! I used to work at another hotel chain where the fridge & microwave were upgrades so it was a nice surprise to have a standard room with these features! The staff was helpful and nice. I will definitely stay again!

“easily accessed”

Coming either from the north or south on I-75, you can see the hotel to the west of the highway. It is both easy on, and easy off, when on I-75. And they had a VERY friendly front desk and breakfast room staff.

“Stay here...”

Nice place... Little tricky to get to, and I'm not sure I would walk around the immediate area after dark, but just down the street is a fairly upscale eating area. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. Was well pleased. We had a riverside room overlooking the river and Cincinnati skyline, which was pretty.

I don't know a lot about getting around the Cincinnati area but it wasn't too hard to navigate our way around. This hotel is really close to the Great American Ballpark.

River view room the size of a suite with sofa in room. Beds are super comfortable, TV great quality and breakfast was good

You get everything you want that make your stay comfortable: nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, big screen TV, clean rooms, swimming pool, and free parking.

This hotel was very nice and had easy access to the game.

“A Great Mini- Vacation for the Family”

This location was great to be able to enjoy many of the sights of Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky. The hotel staff was very courteous and willing to provide directions to nearby sights and attractions. The only suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to have a more direct line to housekeeping in getting needed towels, blankets, etc. This would be the only negative experience of the whole weekend. The morning breakfast was more than an adequate way to start the day. This location is definitely busy throughout the week!!

“Hotel OK; neighbors not”

The location seemed sketchy, but our car survived during our 4-night stay. On two of those nights, however, I called the front desk to complain about hallway and next-door noise. Security was prompt, but on the second night, the neighbors failed to cooperate, continuing their door-slamming and yelling. We checked out the next day and, while acknowledging that the noise was not management's creation, contemplated choosing another hotel/B&B next time.

“could be better, not impressed”

Room was dark and not very impressive looking. Big dark over bearing funiture. Bathroom cabinet was dark and small, not convenient to use. Coffee pot was on bathroom counter, Not very smart place. Needed towel racks/bars for hanging clothing when in bathroom. Carpet old and needed cleaned. Breakfast food was disappointing.
