A postcard view for this quite equipped apartment 100 meters away from the beach, there even where the General de Gaulle got back to the French ground in June 1944, place symbolized by the cross of Lorraine which we perceive of the balcony. You are in front of a historic place! Panoramic view, 5th floor with elevator. West exposure offering magnificent sunsets. Electril roller blinds, 2x led TV, Private parking. Clear, quiet and very pleasant apartment.
Close to Caen, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat. The famous ' Mont Saint-Michel' is only 90 minutes from the apartment.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, malgré une météo un peu capricieuse le cadre est magnifique. Super accueil de la part de Joël et de ses précieux conseils. Superbe vue depuis l'appartement,conforme voir même mieux que sur l'annonce. Nous renouvellerons l'année prochaine.

Une belle semaine
L'appartement bien équipé qui correspond à la description faite. Une belle situation, une belle vue mer et terre, un environnement attrayant et calme, une plongée dans l'histoire, la vie de la mer (poisson et fruits de mer tous les jours). Un séjour qui donne l'envie de revenir.

Nous avons passé 10 jours incroyablement agréable. La localisation, l’emplacement et ses environs, sont autant dépaysant que très instructif. La propreté de l’appartement était adéquate, la literie est de qualité et les précisions sur l’annonce était nombreuses, cependant l’appartement manque d’une petite box wifi pour les temps moins ensoleillées, et d’un petit ventilateur pour les temps plus chaud. L’hébergement est idéal, même si il manque de petits équipements. La fluidité et la facilité de contacte avec le propriétaire et Joël, rendent la communication optimale et agréable. C’est une très bonne adresse pour un hébergement de qualité, extrêmement bien situé. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous espérons réservé bientôt de nouveau. Un grand merci au propriétaire et Joël.

Bon séjour tranquille
Lieu très "nature" et tranquille. Parfait pour les pêcheurs et propriétaires de bateau de plaisance. Appartement propre, suffisamment spacieux mais donc la déco et certains aménagements sont à revoir.

Attendre la rénovation...
Très bon emplacement, par contre l'appartement doit être rénové... Il en a vraiment besoin car il était sale à notre arrivée, pas de produit vaisselle, de papier toilette...(Soyez donc prévoyants) et le prix est excessif dans l'état actuel du studio. Attendre la fin des travaux avant de réserver, si le prix reste raisonnable bien entendu.
