Great hotel in the village of Courmayeur. Very convenient location and attentive owners/staff. Excellent breakfast that included made to order eggs and crepes. Sauna, pool table, ski storage were great perks. Free ski shuttle was very convenient. The owners recommended a ski rental place, which provided a discount for staying at the hotel. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Croux in Cormayeur! The hotel was nice, very well located, clean, safe and quiet. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and efficient. All personnel were very friendly & provided helpful tips for local dining and activities. The breakfast was fantastic, and so were the tea, coffee and pastries made available in the afternoon. We also enjoyed the sauna & steam room. Our suggestion would be to add a commode / TV stand in front of the bed/s in the rooms, to have some additional counter space, drawers and be able to watch TV while lying in bed. Thanks for your hospitality.

This hotel has super friendly staff and the breakfast was yammy. Being in a central location is another advantage - we were attending a UTMB event and the hotel is located 2 blocks from the bus statoim and the evet start tm

The staff were lovely and were also kind enough to accomodate me with an additional nights accomodation. The garden is lovely and you can easily walk everywhere. Breakfast was FANTASTIC!!!! Very quiet and peaceful apart from the one night where the club down the road had a dance music event until 2am. A shame for the hotel - not their fault but worth noting as it was disruptive.

Pleasant stay
I needed a hotel that allowed dogs for a quick overnight stay. They were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and came with a lovely view. Centrally located. Around the corner from the main bus station. Would stay again.

Our expectations were set for a three star experience. The staff, the warmth of this well run family establishment surpassed our expectations. No dining other than a nice breakfast in the morning. But excellent place to head off to ski for the day and walk to city restaurants in the evening. They also had a Tesla charger we benefitted from.

Magical stay
Starting from check-in to check-out everything run smoothly. Cosy and cute reception area with very attentive and welcoming staff. The room was absolutely neat, everything felt fresh and new. I got a bit cold so I asked for an additional blanket, which I was provided with. There was also no soap, but shower gel, so I'm not sure if the gel meant to cover the soap bar usage - I didn't ask, just fyi. Breakfast was pretty generous and the personnel was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to one of the lifts - about 10-15 mins, the other lift is reachable with a free shuttle service, very convenient. Lots of food options, super close to the downtown and major transportation hub. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back, thank you!

Good breakfast, clean, comfortable. Great location. My map app did not have the bus stop in the correct location. From the bus stop you will see information office and bus ticket office. In the middle of the 2 offices is a stairway. Take the stairs up and you will see the hotel is on your left. Thin towels.

Great location, disappointing hotel
The location is great but the room is a let down, a bigger window and a balcony would be perfect to enjoy the impressive view, but only a tiny window at the extremity of the wall was a disappointment. I did not really feel welcomed at the check in.

Stayed one night as our splurge night during the Tour du Mont Blanc. Breakfast was excellent, it was centrally located (noone wants to walk more than needed when they've already been walking all day) and the two-bed room was separated into two bedrooms with balconies for each bedroom!! The perfect amount of privacy for a group of 4. Bathroom was big and spacious. We loved it and wished we were there longer so we could take advantage of the lovely common spaces (family room for kids to play in, pool table, etc).

Delicious breakfast, fantastic location. Excellent customer service with friendly staff that offer shuttle service to gondola to the snow. Loved the sauna and provided bath robes. Would have liked better pillows and bed linen but overall great stay.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff
Stayed here for four nights for a short ski break and the hotel was great. Breakfast was good, the sauna and steam room were great, and the bar area was very relaxing and we often enjoyed a drink or two after a hard day skiing. The staff were so friendly and helpful and really made our trip!

Then lady at front desk was exceptional, she really took time to explain to me all the ins and outs of this area, where is lift, where is the trick to get free parking, and rout I should drive for my next destination, even let me know the toll charge I need to pay to get there. The room is very nice for my family, it is basically 2 room with 2 beds in each room. each room has access to the balcony. Overall this is very nice stay for us

A very nice hotel centrally located in Courmayeur. The room we had was quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice balcony that provided fresh air. Breakfast in the morning was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating since we needed to keep our bags there for a few hours before checking in and after checking out. Would stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

Hotel Croux in Italy Courmayeur
i stayed at Croux for 5 days before and after a race.the staff,manager,rooms,rate,sorounding pretty much everything was outstanding,is a very comfortable friendly place,very clean and very cozy lobby, breakfast is super great and is next to everything,2min walk to the centre.i would highly recommend this place.

A real gem !
Perfect location in the heart of Courmayeur with spectacular views of the Monte Bianco massive. Extremely friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. I forgot my wallet in my room and called the reception that got the wallet and delivered it at the ski lift a few minutes later. We will come back!
