AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This is the only time I’ve ever written a bad review for a hotel. I don’t want other people to be tricked by this place and experience I went through. It is completely off the beaten path and around nothing. You have to park far far away from the room. THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. It was 27° in my room throughout the night. So hot I had to sleep with a wet towel over me. The only “ac” that’s coming in is hot air from the outside - all of which is cigarette smoke. You can only get into the room from the patio door, which does not lock from the outside. Do not leave your belongings in the room. The front door is barricaded by a small table and other furniture. Very creepy vibes. THERE IS NO WIFI OR CELL SERVICE IN THE ROOMS. There was loud music (provided by the hotel) banging until 23-24 o’clock so could barely sleep. Please save yourself and don’t stay here.

Lovely hotel if you are Italian or French
Fanstastic food, lovely beach and pool, nice basic accommodation. Unfortunately we were the only English couple staying at the resort and no one else spoke english, not even the staff, we had to rely on hand signals and odd words to get by. All the literture was in Italian and French. We did have a phrase book but wasn't confident to say more than hello and thank you. The drinks at the bar were very expensive, so we made the most of the complimentary wine with the meal.

Primo giorno qui e gia me ne pento fortemente. Ho letto tanti commeti sù questo albergo al riguardo della pulizia, odori in stanza fino al alta musica di sera... e leggo anche le risposte del albergo che si ringraziano perche i feedback sono utili per crescere e migliorare... ma secondo me sono parole senza valore, le stanze sono sporche, vecchie, mantenute male ed hanno un odore di amoniaca. Ce un frigo vuoto, non ci sono asciugamani per la spiaggia o piscina privata e la rete Wif non arriva in stanza. Che dire, una delusione a 360 gradi.

Our room smelled badly, the breakfast was not good - the eggs and bacon were full of oil and some flies died in the milk and juices. The excursions are way to expensive for what you get. They served Pasta with Shrimpheads and the afternoon snack was only a cookie.. Furthermore not sufficient water during the trip - make sure you take your own bottles of water and enough sun protection because there is no shade on the islands. Animation at Night to loud - we couldn’t sleep before 1 AM. The landscape and and the beach are amazing. Checkout and checkin run smoothly. A lot and good activities for children.

Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Wurst z.B. Club Marmorata ist nicht zu finden, da er anders heißt. Sowas sollte mman an den Eingang schreiben. wir haben lange gesucht, wo das Hotel überhaupt ist!

Wer seine Ruhe möchtet ist in dem Hotel falsch aufgehoben. Animation geht bis in die Puppen und ab 7:30 darf man dann wieder für das Frühstück auf der Matte stehen. (Welches wohlgemerkt nur bis 9:30 Uhr geht) für Paare oder Singles absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Déçus
Établissement très décevant, archétype du tourisme de masse. Piscines sous dimensionnées pour le nombre de chambres (598 chambres), transats payants à la plage, pas de réception gsm dans les chambres… un vrai bunker. Et des kilomètres d’escaliers pour rejoindre les espaces de la réception et le restaurant. Un bâtiment construit dans les années 70 ronge jusqu’à l’os, salles de bains vétustes… bref, devis de notre séjour.

POSITIVES - Zimmer wurden gründlich gereinigt. NEGATIVES - Personal bei der Rezeption hatte beim Check-in (01.08.2022 23Uhr) einen genervten Eindruck gemacht und Freundlichkeit war sichtlich aufgesetzt: Dame sprach Englisch, jedoch wie wenn sie uns schnell mit sehr knappen Infos abfertigen wollte. - Falschangabe bei Expedia bei Zimmerausstattung "Verpflegung": Nur ein leerer Kühlschrak und nicht wie angegeben "Kostenloses Mineralwasser". Was der Hotel Manager versichert "All fundamental elements to offer our guests a quality services in a familiar and welcoming setting" wurde nicht erfüllt, da auch die Rezeption uns hier nicht entgegen gekommen ist. - Falschangabe bei Expedia bei Zimmerausstattung "Unterhaltung": Kein 32-Zoll sondern vielleicht nur 16-Zoll Flachbildschirm-TV (sehr veraltet und vier Sender mit sauberem Empfang. TV ist im Urlaub nicht so wichtig, jedoch wurde die Angabe bei Expedia geschönt. - Frühstück: Rührei schmeckte als ob es mit viel Milch/Wasser gestreckt wurde. Der Schinken und der Käse waren nicht gerade das, was man bei einem Italien-Urlaub erwarten würde und daher enttäuschend. - Nur Abend-Buffet: Es gab keine Möglichkeit a la carte zu bestellen. Am total überteuerten Abend-Buffet (30€ pro Person, wenn nicht gebucht) gab es eine sehr hektische Atmosphäre bei den Gästen sowie beim Personal - nicht zu empfehlen! - Im Zimmer gab es kein W-Lan sowie Mobilfunkempfang und man muss schon draußen auf Empfangsuche gehen - nicht gerade zeitgemäß.

La struttura è situata in modo perfetto direttamente sul mare su una spiaggia dal mare spettacolare. Pweesonale molto disponibile. Tutto perfetto ad eccezione dei pasti che sono a buffet e le pietanze sono lasciate alla maleducazione di alcuni ospiti senza diretto controllo del personale (ho trovato qualcuno che selezionava bellamente il prosciutto cotto con le mani....)

vacaciones familiares en marmorata
El lugar precioso unas vistas muy bonitas y el hotel desde lejos también pero cuando te acercas .... césped sin césped jardinera sin plantas neveras que no enfrian secadores que a los 2 minutos se paran caja fuerte que no abre etc sobre el servicio mucha voluntad y mucha sonrisa pero nadie sabe español e ingles poco pero lo que es peor sabíamos más de la isla nosotros que algunas recepcionistas que nos informaban sobre la comida justito no se le puede pedir más a un 3 estrellas ah si quieres pasar el día fuera no pidáis picnic no vale nada
