Note that this area is a little quieter and more secluded than the neighboring Costa del Sol, making it a favourite among Spanish holiday makers. The western part of the region comprises the Huelva province, with its namesake city and spectacular nature reserves. Stroll along the paths of the Doñana National Park to spot rare species, such as the Spanish imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx.
