To get there you have to walk up the steep heal, can be challenging for some people. We liked super friendly and helpful staff, we liked our room and the pool. Once we had late breakfast and we had not many options to choose from.

Spacious clean room and comfortable beds except the extrabed. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Buffet is great, they have good breakfast, a combination of filipino and foreign food. I love the tocino, chicken adobo, bangus steaks and danggit w/ friedrice. Good location, a lil bit away from crowded town. Some trycicle refuses bec location is going up a lil the hill. Enjoyed swimming while listening with live acoustic.

Vienna Hotel is located up a steep hill, a few roads from Coron town proper. So if you don’t mind a moderate walk up hill (about 2/10 Mile) or a short trike ride then Vienna hotel would be a good choice. Keep in mind the trikes will charge you more for going up hill because their bikes are not too powerful. So think twice if you’re a bigger person about taking a trike and opt for a walk. But as for the property itself, it’s really very pleasant. Nice pool, amenities, food and staff. I would say it’s probably one of the nicer places in Coron, and it’s located pretty close to where the stairs start for Mt. Tapyas. Overall a good choice as we’re fairly fit and the walk into town, while a little strenuous, was not very long. Good value for the stay too! My only negative is the breakfast buffet was lined just under their AC unit and some of the foods directly under the AC get cold immediately. I’ve had better breakfast buffets elsewhere.

Wont cone here again and dont risk yourself with breakfast. It was cold, then i asked for a new one and they microwaved it, eggs were rubber, so left and bought breakfast elsewhere Coffee was weak, dishwater would have been better. Dont offer inc breakfadt if you cant cook eggs or make toast. Absolutely disgraceful. Bar fridge not plugged into power in both rooms we stayed in. Note: if you want hot water in the shower, turn the tap to blue, not red.

Property only looks good in the picture but the rooms needs A LOT of upgrading. The location itself is up hill and no tricycle will give you a ride back to the hotel because of this. When you first walk in the room, you will be greeted by the smell of sewer. The bidet is leaking all over the bathroom getting your bathroom floor mat soaking wet. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet because of the lack of barrier/ poor design on the separation between the shower and the bathroom. Also, the hot water barely works, thank goodness that it was summertime when we arrived and didn’t mind the cold shower. The only thing great about the place is the friendliness and courteousness of the employee which is typical of Filipino hospitality. Their restaurants have good and fresh food as well but over all, the hotel needs to upgrade their rooms.

Overall we had a great stay at the Vienna hotel. We were upgraded to a deluxe room overlooking the pool on the ground floor which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself is quite tired looking with signs of wear and tear, it’s in need of some TLC. Great comfortable large bed, good air conditioning and breakfast wasn’t too bad either. As with most things in Coron, you’re money doesn’t buy as much as in other SE Asian countries but we were relatively happy.

Very cute hotel up on the hill in Coron. Rooms was clean and nice had a musty smell but that’s probably because of the humidity here. Service was absolutely amazing my girlfriend left her cellphone at the hotel and didn’t realize until we made it to the airport the hotel found the phone and had a driver bring it to the airport before we had to leave. That alone is a 5 star service. We only had one nights here so to flights and ferry mix ups. Didn’t eat at the hotel but the rooftop bar was nice and the bartender was helpful

I had a very disappointing stay at the hotel I had Bugs in my room and the door latch was broke the window latch was also broke and the breakfast food was cold The pool was dirty and the chairs by the pool side was also dirty When I complained about my problems they did nothing to help me out So I had to lose all my money and book a room in a different hotel

We reserved 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms had no pillow cases on the pillows and the pillows had stains on them. It was difficult to obtain a pillow case as we were told the laundry wasn't ready yet. The rooms had no shampoo or body wash filled and no face cloths or hand towels. There is a sign saying you will be charged if anything is missing so ensure you let the front desk know if you are missing any items. Check in time is pretty late and they are pretty strict with that as well. Something to keep in mind.

This hotel has a lot of potential but not managed properly. Breakfast crew are not very attentive to the food to make sure all food are stocked, both mornings had to wait 20 minutes for them to fill up the eggs again. Also they charged us 1500 pesos for a towel I used and my hair color stained it. Not happy at all. Not coming back here.

Pretty decent and affordable stay for Coron. Chinese-style modern style most of all. Having only 1 key card was kind of annoying when you accidentally forget it. Easy to rent mopeds and coordinate activities from the hotel. Breakfast buffets were okay, and you have to let front desk know if you need room to be made up. The bar is open until 11 so that was pretty convenient too. Not much a nice view behind the hotel, but the front views were probably better being on a hilltop.

Considering the conditions in Coron, the hotel was relatively modern, although it was far beyond our expectations. The room was not cleaned properly, and there was an inconvenient smell all the time not only in the room but in the area where we had breakfast as well arising from the air conditioner, I believe. We did not want to open the window, as there was no flyscreen on it. The pool area was nice and the staff was considerate and helpful.

Well worth a stay! No complaints here!
My fiance and I stYed here for 3 nights, the staff was great, the room was great and it was easy to get to. I don't understand why I am seeing complaints in some of the reviews about some big hill that you need to climb to get to this place. The airport shuttle dropped us off at the front entrance when we arrived for check in and picked us up in the same spot for the trip back to the airport. There is no reason to conplain about this place at all. I give it 5 stars and would dedinitley stay again.

I loved this place. A bit pricey, and a hellish uphill walk if you try it. One "tryke" wouldn't even make it up the uphill. The views were amazing! The food was great! The cocktails were superb! They rent scooters very cheaply and they were in good working order. Staff was just great! They arranged transport to airport and gave lots of good advice. The only downer is no elevator (lift), so while the view is great from the top floor just be prepared to climb..

Good quiet location. Airport transfer was arranged by hotel and was a good price. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was good. Had trouble with in-room safe daily and asked the Front Office Supervisor to get back with me and did not hear back. Hotel not good about responding to questions on Facebook.

Good hotel overall but can be better
No elevator in this 3 storey property, so when you have small children and grandma in a trip, make sure you specify the room in the ground floor. The rooms looks new but the details are already broken. Damaged door knobs, aluminum terrace doors with locks not working, room phone disconnected and so on. Front desk staff are great but restaurant staff needs more training. Good thing about this hotel is the great view in the top floor bar and 3rd floor rooms.

Great brand new property but they were clearly not ready for having that level of visitors. our reso /room was not avail on first day so we had to share a bed and move the next day even though I explained my friend was sick. Basics like being able to buy bottle water not available from restaurant. food sub par both Breakfast and the restaurant menu. saw 3 other guest having out with front desk because reservation missing or wrong. I had emailed 3 times before arriving never got an answer.

This hotel has great staff, very friendly. The room itself is big. However, there was a smell that I couldn't quite place what it was and I got the joy of a cockroach in my room that I couldn't kill. The breakfast was out and so I couldn't eat, but I know they were slowly refilling things. All in all an okay stay, but a little more room cleaning and better breakfast refilling would have been helpful. The pool is very nice.

Great experience with super friendly and accommodating staff. Had a room reservation and paid for king bed. Tried to upgrade online from Mountain View to sea view. Initially they had me down for 2 beds. Then changed to king with a sea view with no extra charge. Free upgrade! Everything was nice and clean. Great view and experience. One thing to mention is it is up on a hill and hotel has no elevator so ‘free exercise’ is also included. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Overall great stay with a good free breakfast in the morning.

It's hard to shortly describe my terrible experience with this hotel. Overall, I would probably be ok with it if I have paid $50 a night or less. But for a $100 a night in the Philippines you should get at least 4 star experience. It was not even close! The hotel was built using super cheap materials from China and if not tons of glue or silicon, everything would fall apart. Although the place is new, you can see issues everywhere (leaks from ceilings and on entire walls etc.) In addition, the place was never properly cleaned after it was built. I'm not joking! Every surface is super dirty. Few more things: - horrible breakfast - the quality is super low and you have to ask them to refill empty trays - toxic smell coming out of the plumbing system (we changed rooms because of that but later it occurred the issue was in every room - just imagine you constantly breath in odors from the toilet) - infestation - I know it's normal in the Philippines but it shouldn't happen every day in a brand new hotel for a $100 a night Only few positive things that helped me to survive my stay (manager did not want to accept refund when I asked to cancel rest of my stay after first night): - good WiFi - clean and comfy bedding - pleasant and helpful staff Note that the hotel is in pretty good location but don't stay there if you have issues with climbing up the hill and using stairs as there is no elevator. I seriously do not recommend this place. It was a nightmare for 5 nights.

Nice hotel ,up a bit of a hill but gives great views over the town. Received an upgrade on the room free of charge due to only a twin being available upon check in which was greatly appreciated Staff are always helpful and smiling. Made our stay more enjoyable.

The location on the Expedia map is actually in the wrong spot and it is about 200 metres 300- metres behind It on a different road. 1.Unfortunately this road is an extremely steep hill and further out of town, 2. After climbing the hill, than to get to out room we were greeted with another 50 stairs. No lift so if you are allergic to stairs and steep hills than avoid this like the plague. 3. Our first night we had no hot water in our room for showers, so we had a cold one. 4. Our second night we had a few black outs. (common on these islands ) but frustrating given this place is brand new. 5. Some of the comments say their is a great buffet breakfast, this is partially true. The first morning we had to choose from a few items on a set menu, the second day we had an ok buffet breakfast. I assume if there isn't enough people in the hotel they do an allocart breakfast my girlfriend's eggs were stone cold. Apart from that, it's a decent hotel and probably one of the nicer onces in Coron, I've been to the Philippines and Coron twice now and it's ok in comparison. The Room was really clean and nice, the staff were friendly, the pool was nice.

staffs here are really accommodating as what reviewers tells to review section. they have many amenities and facilities that are free to use. even if this hotel located at the hill the view is super worth it. you don't have to worry about your breakfast because this hotel offers a free buffet breakfast. clean rooms and also bathrooms. good choice.
