I apologize for your bad stay. We struggle when teams are in house, no matter how many times we tell them to stop, its continuous.

A good hotel, you can tell it's older, but still a nice central place to stay with a great restaurant inside.

My only Complaint is that i think the Hotel Should hire somebody With a manual lift and pressure, Wash the outside of the building ESPECIALLY THE WINDOWS they were gross and can't even take a picture out the Window and this makes the building look old and ran down...but other than that the staff is friendly and the location of the building is perfect everything in a 2km quick cab ride or walk on a nice day..We had a great stay and will be staying there again our next trip out..👍👍

Front staff and all Porters dealt with were top notch. Stayed two nights , cleaning off the room could of been better, besides changing towels and a soap nothing was wiped down in bedrooms as shown by the tables not being wiped in the room

If im completely honest, I almost didn't check in due to the appearance from the outside but im sure glad I did. Front desk was amazing ans were the room service staff. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. I would definitely stay again! The fish and chips are a must have!!☆☆☆☆☆

I liked it because the bars were nearby and the pool but parking in a truck can be a nightmare, the rooms are not clean and the keys for entering the room are very very cheap ( it was kept in my pocket away from my phone wallet or or change) and still had to get the keys reprogrammed 3 times in our 2 night stay. Also the hotel is dates and not very well kept up ( our friends tv had the corner broke completely off, wallpaper was coming off in my room and the windows were so dirty we could barely see. Also the carpet was absolutely filthy).

I'm sorry to hear that there were some things that didn't meet your standards. We are always trying to improve our product so we take these comments very seriously. Some of our rooms are a little dated and we are working on that, but they are all clean, that I can guarentee.

Didn’t get a good nights sleep because of crappie pillows.I use a soft/low profile pillow bu the only pillows were high loft in my room. Why not have a variety of pillows to choose from so someone like me doesn’t have a sore neck for the next few days.

My apologies, but it would be very difficult to have a selection of pillows here, we try to go with the standard pillow.

Not the best place hall ways where filthy and my room was smoked in I could smell smoke in the hallways and the pool needs a good cleaning! The hotel bathroom only has a toilet and shower u gotta go In the closet to wash your hands

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Our hotel is 100% smoke free so there should not have been any smoke in your room. Sometimes when people go out for a smoke, it lingers on them when they come back in.

This is an old hotel and it shows. Very small rooms, only double beds, small bathroom, separate bath and vanity. We booked it for the pool and my son only used it once because it was very small as well. This hotel needs to be overhauled to bring it into the 21st century.
