“THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY (BURGLAR)”

went to cork for the weekend with 19 friends, but the weekend was soured when two off the lads had their room robbed.. what made it worse was the hotel reception gave a complete stranger the key to their room, and then spent the day after denying they had. luckily the police caught the burglar, and he admited that he'd got the key from reception during the night, and robbed them while they slept.. the hotel was nice - but i guess they need to sort a few issues out.. 1. dont give keys out to anyone who asks without checking 2. dont cover your mistakes by claiming you dont had out pass keys.. WHEN YOU DO...!

“Very Few Choices”

I have been to Cork on business many times. Unfortunately there are not too many choices for hotels in the city. I stayed here in April, '05 and was disappointed. The location is good, but the rooms are dated and need to be refurbished.

“Noisy location”

The hotel is located next to a busy road and the noise from the traffic was disturbing. There was no air conditioning in the hotel so you cannot shut the window to reduce the noise.
