Run... run away from this property! Our room was FILTHY, smelly and we STUCK to the carpeting. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The window didn't lock We asked to be moved and the VERY rude clerk didn't even look, just said they were sold out. A quick check on Expedia showed they had availability. She didn't even blink. Just said "too bad". We left and booked another hotel, it was either that or sleep in our car (which would have been cleaner, more comfortable and SAFER). ICK

It was dirty and run down. The trash outside never gets emptied. The windows did not lock. The view is a dirty dump & cement truck place. The building smelled bad. Will not return.

We booked the hotel to be close to the hospital, location was great. Our room was so hot and we could not get the air to stay on and running. We had no outlet covers on one outlet, and our room came with an already opened bar of soap.

Looks like a rejuvenation was recently completed. Beds were good, inside was all nice and clean. The only bad thing I can say is the complimentary breakfast was a little lacking. the waffle mix was empty for blue berry and at first the regular was too thick. The staff watered it down, TOO much, but we managed. The eggs were cold. But it was OK! will stay again as many times in the oast.

We get out there about 8 o'clock for breakfast. And it was gone except for a few scrambled eggs. So if you want breakfast get there early. They don't have U s b ports in the room. Other than that everything else was fine.

Property is old outdated and just dirty. Parking sucks!!! Only one staff was friendly. Breakfast was something else to be desired. Coffer maker in room was broken. Bathroom didnt seem cleaned in some time. Way too much money for a rundown place

The atmosphere when we first walked in was disturbing. It smelled really bad and there was a large group of very intoxicated people in the lobby. The front desk person was not at all friendly or helpful in finding our reservation or a room. we left without staying there.

Horrible place
This was a huge disappointment. The pictures do not represent how it really is. Our room was not clean. Our bathroom had dried pee all over the toilet. The shower had not been cleaned. We had one large towel to shower with. The bed had hair and other black lint all over the sheets. Our fridge had cheese slices in it. And our curtains were being held closed by a clothes hanger. The breakfast sucked!!!

Stay away!!!
This hotel is disgusting! Our room was not clean! The floors were disgusting, the bathtub was disgusting, people were loud and rude! We did not get any sleep because people running up and down the halls and pounding on doors all night! I will never book here again!

Had to checkout because I found bed bugs in my bed (room 216). Employee asked me was I sure it was bed bugs and not fleas because they recently had a flea infestation. This will be my last time staying here!

Lack of cleanliness.
The room itself was dirty, plastic pieces were left in the bathtub, lightbulbs were burnt out in the bathroom, the floor wasn’t mopped, dried pieces of mud all over the floor, dried boogers on the curtains, linens were stained and had hair on them. Only had orange juice for breakfast which tasted water downed. Overall wasn’t worth the $85 I paid for one night.

You get what you pay for.
Room was so-so. Shower curtain had mildew on it, on the bottom. Shower also wasn’t real hot. Guessing they have a heating regulator on it so someone doesn’t “burn” themselves. The sink was plugged so it literally took over an hour to drain when you brushed your teeth or washed your face/hands. Bedding and towels were dingy. Its an older hotel with minimal upgrades.

The room and other rooms smelled musty. Ours had a distinct fire smell. Ashes in the AC/Heat vent. Trash in the room. Leaky bathroom sink. No tissues. Breakfast needs its own person as the front desk lady, while trying her best, couldn't keep up. Elevator smelled like something was burning.

I couldn't get the North Exterior Door to open to come back in, which was closest to where I parked. Used door card, couldn't get to work. Need another garbage can under the sink. Pillows seemed small and worn out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping left something to be desired. There was hair on the windowsill, dust everywhere, a smear of unknown dried goo on the desk (had to clean a bit before we settled in). The bedding did appear clean, no bugs. The bathroom was cleaner. Was quiet and heat air was fine. Reception area seemed well maintained and breakfast area was as well. We didnt go in pool area.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The bed was bad, there was zero hot water, tub was clogged, went to front desk because TV didn't work and was told "Yeah some aren't hooked up and don't have service". Room was not clean! WOULD NOT RECOMMNED and it i could have found another open hotel we would have moved but that how they get you. Collegge town on Game weekend so we were stuck!
