Great place to stay
A good sized villa for families. Lots of space outside to enjoy the sunshine and the evening sunsets. All the bedrooms are a good size. The closest bar/restaurants are just a 15 minute walk away. Would definitely come back

'The villa served us well. It was large enough to accommodate all of us and had everything that we needed to ensure that our holiday went without a hitch. Location was good - nice and quiet, not overlooked, good views across the orchards/plantations out to the sea in the distance. You do need a car though to get supplies and to visit the nearby restaurants. Coral Bay beach is great which has a beach bar selling the usual snacks and drinks. Coral Beach Water Sports also operate from the bay offering a vast range of experiences. Samisen Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant (https://samisenjapanese.com) is a must for a great meal with a difference! Oniro by the Sea (https://www.facebook.com/onirobythesea/) was my favourite place to eat. Superb food, great cocktails and awesome views at sunset. To be honest we ate out a lot of restaurants and I couldn’t really fault the food or service at any of them. We also hired a boat from Latchi Watersports (https://www.latchiwatersportscentre.com) which was about 30 minutes from the villa. What a fantastic day and in my opinion money very well spent. There were 7 of us and it was my mums 69th Birthday so we rented a 250hp Marinello with cabin, they even decorated the boat with banners and balloons!! My sister was worried as she suffers sea sickness but neither the less came along, well what can I say, no sea sickness and only a few hours in to the trip she was out in the ‘donut’ begging for me to go faster!! Snorkelling in the various coves along the coast was also a first for my mum! Truly a day that none of us will forget. Five star service from management company. Emails answered very promptly, sometimes within minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Very satisfied with owners service. Sunday morning, day after arriving, all set for a trip to the local supermarket to stock up. We walked out of the villa leaving the door keys locked inside!!! After a quick call to the local owner he arrived within minutes to let us back in. We had found that the kettle was leaking and that a 13amp plug socket in one of the bedrooms was cracked and loose. Kettle replaced and electrician sent out on the Sunday afternoon to replace the socket. This review wouldn't be complete without a big shout out to Andreas the taxi driver, one of life's truly nice people. I do hope to visit Cyprus again highly likely to be next year. I now only rent villas as I prefer the privacy not afforded by hotels.

Fantastic property would highly recommend
The property is fantastic, the outside and pool area is great for entertaining. Dining area outside is great for bbq’s and having friends over . All the bedrooms are good sizes and serve their purpose . The location is good , not too far from the beach or coral bay strip which is perfect . The owners were great so I can only recommend. I booked this purely for the days by the pool and evenings entertaining and it did not disappoint.

Photos obviously were when the villa was first advertised with you.
Power on/off for the first 2 days so 140euros of shopping had to be discarded, as it thawed or wasn’t kept chilled . Air con not working as power not on. Kitchen poorly equipped, ie not adequate serving dishes, needs more cups/mugs . one sunbrolly dangerous as wind kept blowing it over. 3 pin plug sockets but some bedside lamps have only 2 pins ? Feel this is dangerous. Table tennis net broken. Requested not to use certain suntan lotion because of staining, but sunbeds quite stained, seat pads on outside chairs stained, half the ties broken , no tie backs on outside table curtains , they were dirty and just tied in knots. We had a resident mouse under the sink, who left droppings on the lounge seats. Rats roaming outside when we were eating. We also found coackroachres in the laundry room on our towels. When we had no electricity we were told that’s we could ask for candles ? The pool had green stains on the sides when we arrived, thought that this would be cleaned during the week.only saw attendant clean bottom. One hairdryer for a villa that sleeps 10 !!! This has been a disappointing holiday for us . I have had many villa holidays in the past and feel that this one is definitely not on par. My recommendation is that the villa is updated. Or sold at a lower fee. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Hi Tecla, many thanks for taking the time to write this feedback. We appreciate all comments good and bad in order that the service and standards can be improved. We are of course very sorry about some of the issue reported. Whilst the owner disagrees with many of the claims which were proven at our recent inspection, there have been many improvements made already and more are planned for the off-season which will be of good benefit to next year's guests. This includes lined curtains in the bedrooms and new soft furnishings including bedding and mattress toppers. They have already changed the TV, the indoor sofas and placed brand new sun loungers around the private pool. A new outdoor sofa set has also been added. The photos were taken at the end of 2016 and will be updated again once all the changes are made. We thank you again for your booking and feedback and wish you all the best. Many thanks again. Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings
This is a lovely villa with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday it is kept beautifully clean inside and out. From the moment you book Steven and Andreas make sure your holiday goes without a hitch, Andreas is always on hand should you need a taxi or information. The villa has a beautiful pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, we were a family party of 8 adults and 3 children and and the villa was very well equipped it is situated in a quiet part of coral bay but still within walking distance to the beach and shops. I would definitely come back , we had a fantastic time.

Schöne und gepflegte Villa mit kleinen Makeln
Wir hatten alles in Allem eine tolle Zeit. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gemütlich und grosszügig, der Pingpongtisch gut geschützt vom Wind. Aber die Schläger sind sehr verbraucht. Das Wasser lief in den Duschen/Bädern sehr spärlich, Haare waschen fast unmöglich, bzw. Duschen ohne Vorhang umständlich. Zudem hatten wir viele Ameisen im Haus, konnten sie aber mit Sprays vertreiben. Die Küche ist auch nicht super ausgerüstet. Nur wenige richtig grosse Weingläser, zu wenig kleine Teller, keine scharfen Messer. Schlussendlich sind das alles Kleinigkeiten, über welche man gut hinwegsehen kann und unseren Urlaub nicht wirklich trübten.
