A clean functional hotel. Great spa, friendly front desk staff. Restaurant food was great but service average. Difficult to assess in the off season but was close to the beach and had a good spa.

Hotel for Complete Rejuvenation
Great place to relax and unwind. The Spa Center was AMAZING. I would book this again just for the Spa Center alone. Buffet breakfast was also pretty good with a great variety of food.

The hotel was just an average hotel far from the beach and the back terrace amd restaurant is in the parking area. From the photos it looks lile it’s on the lake but it is not !! The false advertisement regarding the Spa, Massage, Indoor Pool, Sauna etc was very disappointing as nothing was open, and was not mentioned that on Expedia. We booked this hotel for the Spa , Indoor pool and Sauna and it was only a false advertisement. If i wanted only a hotel room to sleep at night i would have booked a hotel ON THE BEACH and not far from it !! We left 2 nights before our end of vacation as we had nothing to do in this hotel.

We have to mention that the hotel is at only 200 metres from the beach, hotel is on the lake side, but of course it has rooms on both sides of the building: city view and lake view rooms. Regarding the closure of the Spa centre during this period on Expedia it is mentioned that some national sanitary regulations may apply for the safety of the guests. Lovely and modern hotel. The staff were very friendly too. Really lovely place to stay if visiting Mamaia or even Constanta.

Receptionist was rude! Where was the customer service! Toliet has not be cleaned properly! Apart from that room was clean, air con was good. Didn’t use the other facilities on offer

Good place for off season stay, non lake view rooms look straight to the busy road and with open window its really noisy. Breakfast is nice, SPA is ok

Generally nice and pleasant stay!
Area around the hotel must be very busy during the Summer months; now it's rather lean. Yet it was pleasant stay and staff is very good and helpful. Splendid has nice Spa area. Swimming pool with salty water. Steam bath, sauna, massage ... all good! Breakfast could be improved.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel is beautiful within, I would recommend the water view instead city view. City view can get a little noisy because of the traffic. The food is fantastic.

Hotel Service is the best I have gotten so far
In addition to Internet, breakfast and free parking that was provided, we were provided with tea making facilities and a room with a balcony that had a lake view. The staff was so cordial and helpful and I will definitely go back there again
