Only use this hotel if you can drive to it, as it is not 6.5 km from city center as the description says, but rather 6.5 miles or 10 km. Bus #7 "Termus" from Concordia which stops at the Spa is a healthy walk away, however. A taxi ride was 40-45 pesos one way. Amenities listed by the hotel may apply to the bungalows, but not the very small twin room that we occupied. Breakfast is typical Argentine fare: white bread and cold cereal (no cold milk), small glass of juice, and weak coffee (made in an urn) with hot milk. Other 3 star hotels offered far more including a selection of breads, meat, cheese and eggs. The hotel restaurant is the ONLY restaurant within walking distance; you need that car to drive to the city. We slipped into the kitchen one morning and found it disgusting: open garbage pails with flies around and more. The public health department couldn't possibly give this any but a "0" rating. Having only fair, at best, Spanish ability, we were not pleased to find that desk clerks in this 3 star hotel only knew Spanish. Other 3 star Argentine hotels had fluent bilingual desk clerks. Maybe the hotel is better during the summer season--we stayed in early April. Had we not paid Expedia already, we would have cancelled our second night.
